Quidco - could you please take a look at the Post Office Credit Card transactions? There are a load of us who have not had this track, and, indeed, also people who did this via TopCashBack. So it's clearly a problem with The Post Office or their affiliate.
I have raised a claim, so it's to check the PO or their affiliate, rather than my specific case.
Thank you.0 -
Funnily enough I received my £14 for the PO C-Card 2 weeks ago, it took 125 days but it did come through. It was, however, tracked correctly from the start, which only happens if you get immediate online approval without phone calls etc.UK Consumers: The Gift That Keeps On Giving......0

OK, but, thanks, but it's £50 now and everything did go through online. It didn't get approved immediately but I didn't have to phone anyone. It definitely should be going through.
Please Quidco, would you investigate - we are all complaining about not getting our cashback over on the Grabbit board.
Thanks0 -
Strangely after posting about Sports Direct not "paying out" two payments have now been confirmed0

Good morning,
@clare64 – to check how long your cashback claim should take, you can either have a look at this retailer’s statistics on their Quidco page, or raise a support ticket via our smart help centre. To do this, you just need to go to Help – Why has my cashback claim not updated to confirmed yet? – Contact Quidcare Team.
You may find that a lot of customer service representatives for our merchants will not actually know what Quidco is or even what cashback is, as they are not trained to deal with it. However, as your cashback has tracked in there is nothing to worry about. You do not need to verify B&Q reserve and collect purchases so these transactions will simply be going through the normal cashback process.
@scampdog – Good news! In-store purchases do generally take around 6 months to be paid from the purchase date as they have a more complex tracking system, and you won’t be able to raise a claim for them as cashback claims are only used for purchases that either haven’t tracked, are incorrect or that have been declined. For future reference you can query the status of any of your transactions by going to Help – Why has my cashback claim not updated to confirmed yet? – Contact Quidcare Team.
@Jennifer_Jane – I have enquired about this for you and I can confirm that this is just how the Post Office Credit Card programme works. If you receive an instant decision on the credit card your transaction will track in as normal, whereas if you receive a referred decision it will not track and you have to raise a claim. This is nothing to worry about, though, as we are aware of this and we are keeping an eye on the programme to make sure everything is as it should be. Also it may be worth adding that not all instant decisions may track, so please don’t worry if you’ve had an instant decision and it hasn’t tracked in, as we can still track this in manually for you.
Kind regards,

A quick post to thank Julie for sorting my long oustanding and orignally rejected Chruchill pet insurance claim. It's now been paid, faith somewhat restored!

I've just bought RAC membership for £28 with £23 cashback. Great deal which runs for another 8 days.

Hello Quidco Ref,
I purchased a Monarch Holiday back in December 2010 which still shows as tracked at £103.93p. Monarch Holidays is no longer on Quidco so does this mean I wont get this cashback?
Thank you
