If you don't want the missus to see your Quidco wealth pour in your joint account, simply use a friend's sort code and number. I cannot understand why on earth anyone would use paypoo, who charge you for breathing and receiving a payment. BACS is free with no commssion, this is a MONEYSAVING site don't forget.....lolUK Consumers: The Gift That Keeps On Giving......0

Good morning,
@theman01 – I’m really sorry about this, but don’t worry as we will do all we can to get your earnings to you. Can I ask you to send me an email at juliewells@quidco.com so I can take a look at your account; I can then advise you further with this. We wouldn’t want you to have to open another account and we certainly don’t want you to lose out on your cashback!
Have a great weekend everyone.
Kind regards,
RosieOfficial Company Representative

Dear Quidco representative,
I am contemplating returning a product I've purchased online (via Quidco) and asking for it to be exchanged for a replacement due to a (very minor, but somewhat unsatisfactory) fault. At the moment Quidco has tracked the order but has not yet received the cashback from the retailer.
I have never returned a product online before, and I anticipate having to quote the Sale of Goods act in order to get a suitable response from the retailer. Whilst it would be nice otherwise, I highly doubt that this pursuit will be problem free!
How will all of this affect my cashback? If the exchange is carried out via a refund followed by a re-oder, I envisage the cashback falling through. Especially since the cashback offer has now expired.
Or am I best keeping my mouth closed and putting up with the minor fault?
Many thanks in advance for your replies!0 -

On products that I have returned before, the cashback gets declined. However, once through M&S I returned an item but exchanged it for the a different size - the cashback was still honoured on this.
My advice would be to exchange, rather than return and re-order.0 -
Don't worry, I have £50 due from 888poker.com, £35 from bidrivals and £6-odd from Nokia, all made in March, didn't track (depsite other transactions at the same times tracking OK) put claims in within 3 days, and nearly 5 months later haven't had any updates or action. No, at the time I had no other cookies for cashback sites before you ask, and checked the tracking tool.
£90-odd has 'vanished' in the QUIDCO ether, like the cash of so many others never to be seen again, except for a possible cursory e-mail to come years later 'cashback declined'.......UK Consumers: The Gift That Keeps On Giving......0 -
Good morning,
I hope you've all had a great weekend.
@Graphil – Generally when a product is returned the cashback will almost always be declined. Very few merchants will pay out cashback for a product that has been exchanged or amended in any way. We do realise this is unfortunate; as sometimes you simply do need to return or exchange something, but I’m afraid these are the terms as set by the merchant.
@shaftingham - I'm afraid transactions that have to be tracked in via a cashback claim do generally take a lot longer to come through. However if you would like me to have a look at any transactions for you I will be happy to. Can I ask you to send me an email at juliewells@quidco.com and I can take a closer look at your account.
Kind regards,

I asked for a claim to be raised on my account on 16th june, today it is showing that it was raised on 16th july. Can you tell me how long these things take please?.
Also I ordered some items, in 3 orders, via Quidco from b&q on their reserve and collect system. These items were tracked but when I went to pick up the items from the store they had no paperwork. I explained that they needed to 'link ' things in order for me to get cashback.
Unfortunately, nobody that I spoke to instore had heard of Quidco, however, when I was paying someone had found a Customer Pick Note for one of the orders but I still feel that this will not be linked up.
I have tried to speak to B&Q head office today but they have referred me back to the store who still no nothing about Quidco. Help!!
Many thanks0 -

Claims have to me made within 45 days, it says on the Quidco site quite clearly.
Plus Sports Direct have just awarded their ca 2000 employees shares worth an average of 45k each, so they might be a little chalk and flint at the mo lol......but fair play to them.UK Consumers: The Gift That Keeps On Giving......0
