OK so I'm back to my " bug bearer" subject ! Ceasars Casino !!!...it was the 19th of January.....which as of today was 170 days ago !, which equates to 5 months and 19 days !, come on Quidco a week ago you said you hoped to have it cleared up within the next two that gives you just a few more days !!!0

Just to confirm, MSE members can answer and pass on experiences??
This is promoted as a "Question and Answer" thread.
eg, how to deal with issues (long term issues), advise how to succeed. Obviously Quidco is not going to advise going to the FOS, but it actually works.

I know its a free click, but coupled with the loss of WhichBudget and Fly.com going weekly, my £5 admin fee is rapidly coming out of my pocket which makes me wonder whether I should jump ship?
fingers crossed all may not be lost, i think its good that has been pulled whilst awaiting payment, if thats what quidco have done to high street web, and i think we may be seeing payment soon on this.
or i hope so as mine have all been brought up to date and payable yesterday on the other cash back site i use, so fingers crossed my high street web transactions will be paid very soon on quidco.
The high street web delays seem to have been an industry wide issue so hopefully their should be some payments soon on this, its a shame it had to go this way as until december, HSW was an efficent payer in my experience on quidcoMFW#105 - 2015 Overpaid £8095 / 2016 Overpaid £6983.24 / 2017 Overpaid £3583.12 / 2018 Overpaid £2583.12 / 2019 Overpaid £2583.12 / 2020 Overpaid £2583.12/ 2021 overpaid £1506.82 /2022 Overpaid £2975.28 / 2023 Overpaid £2677.30 / 2024 Overpaid £2173.61 Total OP since mortgage started in 2015 = £37,286.86 2025 MFW target £1700, payments to date at April 2025 - £1712.07..0 -

Back to having people's legitimate comments removed I see? I think that says everything anyone needs to know about Quidco and their tactics to silence people who've had problems with their service.
I thought we lived in free country where people were free to voice their opinions without being censored. Guess I was wrong. Not sure what my Granddad fought the Nazi's for.0 -
Sorry, but your grandad, like mine, fought against an expansionist Germany, not against Nazism or any other 'ism'. Hitler was fine until he crossed too many borders. That's why his pal General Franco ruled until 1975 lol.....
Free speech as we know it was very well curtailed even as late as the 1970's with fear of communism, cold war secrets, subversion etc.
BACK TO THE TOPIC, I agree with the sentiments in that I cannot see any posts on this thread that would not be helpful to a CB newbie, or that are irrelevant. If many issues seem old or repetetive is is for two reasons, either the issue STILL hasn't been resolved properly, or lessons seemingly have not been learned and thus similar issues are today occurring with different retailers.

Hi
I have a quick question, I completed a web order using the Tmobile offer for £140 back on Paym over £25.
It was out of stock so T mobile rang me today, and will take payment once the phone comes back into stock (Friday) over the phone. Does this mean that my Quidco won't track?0 -
Probably not if you read the T&C's for the cashback. T-Mobile will log it as a phone order in all likelihod. If it hasn't tracked at promised value by now, this will almost certainly happen in my experience.UK Consumers: The Gift That Keeps On Giving......0

Good morning,
I hope you've all had a lovely weekend.
@scampdog – We are hoping that all delayed Caesars Casino transactions will be cleared up by the end of the month, but I’m afraid we cannot guarantee any payment times at this point. Please also note that at the moment the average payment time for Caesars Casino is around 7 months, but we are doing all we can to speed this along.
@sukh17 – If you complete the transaction over the phone then I’m afraid it is very likely that the purchase will either not track, or will be declined. All transactions must be completed wholly online in order to receive cashback, unless otherwise stated. However, this does depend on whether you are referring to the Samsung Apollo offer or not, as you can currently complete your Samsung Apollo purchase over the phone. Please see the terms and conditions on T-Mobile's Quidco page for more details.
Kind regards,
