I know its a free click, but coupled with the loss of WhichBudget and Fly.com going weekly, my £5 admin fee is rapidly coming out of my pocket which makes me wonder whether I should jump ship?
I agree with you !, this £5 admin fee is getting a bit "silly" as other sites do not charge !!, plus my "big" payments are not paying out at the moment i.e Ceasars casino and Ancestry !, I am now going to go through all my outstanding payments and see what is outstanding !..0 -
Casinos never seem to pay unless you lose enough, as I said further back. The huge competition among casinos for recruiting new addicts in the low-outlay high-profit online gaming industry is immense, so the 'rewards' they promise to get listed on cashback sites often seem very generous. BEWARE the term 'genuine player' because it seems if you play responsibly and deposit the minimum amount to earn your supposed cashback, and either make a few quid and cash out, or just lose your minimum deposit expecting to get the matching cashback to cover it, you will invariably be disappointed.
REMEMBER THE CASINO-RETAILER ULTIMATELY PAYS THE CASHBACK, AND MAKES THE FINAL DECISION, WHICH IS A SUMMARY DECISION SEEMINGLY BASED UPON YOU PLAYING/LOSING ENOUGH TO FUND YOUR OWN CASHBACK. BEWARE!
ALL cashback sites should warn about how many declined claims CASINOS are responsible for, and like TCB allow feedback about them to be posted. This feedback has discouraged me from many purchases thus far, minimizing my headaches via the laborious track-claim-declined fiasco.
CB sites are a free goldmine for casinos, and I suspect casinos are responsible for a huge proportion of disputes.UK Consumers: The Gift That Keeps On Giving......0 -

@bignred05 – Don’t worry, some purchases can take up to 3 days to track and sometimes longer. If your purchase has not tracked in within 3 days time, please raise a missing cashback claim by going to http://www.quidco.com/new-enquiry.

Rosie,
Thanks for the advice, I have followed this, however the day & time I made my purchase on my history, there is 2 separate times down eg. 1 states 30.06.2011, 23:05.34 & 2 states 30.06.2011 23:09.52
now I not sure exactly what will be the exact order, 1 of them will be the order, I have submitted my missing cashback claim, but what if I have listed the wrong one
btw, I ordered on the 30.06.2011, I now have the goods in my house and nothing is showing for the quidco cashback from either of these 2 slots
thanks for your help & advice, really appreciated0 -
I have yet to be paid out on any cashback site a transaction which did not track correctly in 24 hours. Between Quidco and TCB that is 7 transactions, all appealed, up to 4 months down the line not one confirmation or resolution, added to the grindingly tedious process of stagnation on the claims. We can only speculate if sites have actually paid Quidco/TCB and the payments have been kept....UK Consumers: The Gift That Keeps On Giving......0

Bit odd quidco are removing them when top cash back still have high street web listed. Tracking has been fine since the network was changed in December0

It is strange, perhaps it's HSW who have dropped Quidco??
Is it only Quidco HSW is not on now?? Sorry, but I mainly only use 1 cashback site now and rarely another smaller one.

@No1Joker – I’m sorry to hear this has confirmed at £0. Can I ask you to raise an incorrect cashback claim and we can certainly have a look into this for you. Please go to http://www.quidco.com/new-enquiry, and select your Vodafone transaction.
Kind regards,
Rosie
