Hello Quidco,
Any updates on The High Street Web, unpaid since last December.
Another site has paid up to mid May, so I don't see why they haven't paid Quidco members.0 -
It'll probably track but get declined as the insuance provider will see you as an existing customer.
That sounds fair enough. Thanks for replying stampedeshaftingham wrote: »Indeed, if you read back in this thread you'll find all the answers you are seeking here.....
this reply is for debtmagnet not stampede btw!
Thanks shaftingham. I confess that I didn't read the whole thread although I ALWAYS try and search for an answer before asking a question and found nothing on this occasion sorry.quidco_Company_Representative wrote: »Good morning,
@Debtmagnet – We can never know for sure in these circumstances, as insurers generally have a rule that even if you don’t renew an existing policy but cancel and start a new one instead, you are still on their books as an existing customer and therefore cashback will not apply. Insurers tend to have cashback offers to attract new customers. If you let me know which insurer you’re with, though, I may be able to be a little more specific.
To be honest the cashback is not massive so all answers considered, I'm not going to chance it. I do really appreciate you taking time to reply and offering to help further though.
Thanks all

Hi Quidco, I've currently got a problem using a deal for 5% off and free delivery for sunflower hearts on the GJW Titmuss page on quidco. The link doesn't work and I've tried everything to fix it; various computers, platforms, browsers etc with the suggested security/privacy/cookie settings etc, all to no avail. I posted the deal on the HUKD forum but no-one has yet reported that they've got it working.
I've also reported the problem in the quidcare bit of the quidco website and was at first told it was fixed but the poster obviously hadn't checked because it wasn't/isn't.
Today I phoned GJW Titmuss directly and the chap I spoke to was adamant that there is no quidco offer for sunflower hearts for free delivery. He said if something sounds too good to be true it probably is and I am tending to believe him. The last offical response on the quidcare website was that somebody would look into it but to be honest I very much doubt that this will ever be fixed before it expires on the 31st July. It's really annoying me now because I was prepared to pay the 7 quid delivery cost before I saw the quidco offer but now don't want to on principal! Can you explain what is going on?0 -
I've been using quidco for 5 years now and since the back end of last year and the whole of this year so far the standards of the site have slipped dramatically to the point where a few days ago I signed up to TCB and will be using them rather than quidco in future. I have items from November 2010 that are still 'tracked' as well as cashback claims from 2010 that haven't been updated since god knows when.
Hardly the all singing all dancing service you make it out to be in your new TV ad is it Quidco?..0 -

I am wondering the same and posted a message on the Quidclan earlier this morning, as I have received payment from elsewhere for these items on 18 June (for transactions up to february this year) and 9 July (for High street web transactions up to end of April i stopped using hsw for a while, so not sure how far they have paid up to after end of april)
I appreciate that it has been an industry wide issue, but surely raises concerns that 6 weeks after payment received from another company, still no sign of any payment being made by the merchant to Quidco, it does make you wonder if quidco get less prefferential treatment or have less influence on the merchantMFW#105 - 2015 Overpaid £8095 / 2016 Overpaid £6983.24 / 2017 Overpaid £3583.12 / 2018 Overpaid £2583.12 / 2019 Overpaid £2583.12 / 2020 Overpaid £2583.12/ 2021 overpaid £1506.82 /2022 Overpaid £2975.28 / 2023 Overpaid £2677.30 / 2024 Overpaid £2173.61 Total OP since mortgage started in 2015 = £37,286.86 2025 MFW target £1700, payments to date at April 2025 - £1712.07..0 -
Came on here to see if anyone else is still waiting for payment for purchases tracked since December and I can see there are a few of us on here who are. Very disappointed that we have to wait so long for our payments to be confirmed.0

It annoys me when I have something that's tracked and the company disappears from Quidco's site. Not Quidco's fault at all, but it means I don't get my cashback.Money, money, money, must be funny, in the rich man's World!0

Good morning,
exel1966 – I’m afraid the payments from the network used by the In-Store retailers have been running behind, but we’re assured that they will catch up within the next month or so. I’m sorry this is taking so long.
@ffacoffipawb & @anna42hmr– We all share your frustration with this, and I’m afraid we haven’t yet had our payment from HSW. I can’t speak for other cashback sites but an issue like this would normally affect all cashback sites, as the delay is with their network, due to some recent restructure and processing issues. We have been chasing this tirelessly with them and we expect it to be received but I’m afraid that we can’t pay cashback until we receive it ourselves.
@VictorMeldrew – I’m sorry you’ve had trouble with the link. We’ve removed it now. We put these offers on in good faith and they are advised to us by the affiliate networks as offers which appear on the retailers’ websites. Clearly this offer had expired without our having been advised and I’m sorry for any inconvenience that this may have caused. However, you can still earn 5% cashback by clicking through our cashback link on their page. I’m not sure where the person you spoke to at this retailer got his information, but there is a 5% cashback offer on all products on their site, as arranged between the retailer and Quidco.
@azza87 – I’m sorry you’re experiencing delays, as that’s not something we enjoy either. We have very little cashback outstanding from 2010 to be honest, and we’re already on the case and chasing up any older claims and transactions for you. If you use the contact form on our help page we will be able to advise you specifically, though, on the current position of your cashback and claims.
@lookafterthe pennies – Again, I am sorry you are having to wait a long time, but the processing times do depend on the retailer and the type of product you bought. For some retailers this type of period is normal. As advised above, please use our contact form on the help page, but be assured that if your payment is taking longer than we would expect from a particular retailer, we will already be chasing it up for you. Unfortunately, cashback payment times are not guaranteed, which is why we can’t pay you until we receive the payment ourselves.
@littlewren – I can understand your annoyance and concern with this, but generally all it means is that the retailer has no currents offers and the fact that they are not on the site at the moment will not affect the cashback for purchases already made. There are of course exceptions, such as retailers going into administration or leaving their affiliate network, but without the retailer name I’m afraid I can’t be more specific.
Kind regards,

I am not a happy bunny at all today. After all the parlarva we had with T-Mobile and the £80 cashback, I went onto Quidco's site today and the £80 cashback from them has been declined! This is after my being told by T-Mobile on the phone that accepting the Samsung Galaxy Ace will not affect my cashback and that I would still receive it from Quidco. What are T-Mobile playing at? I am really upset.
I was going to raise a query on Quidco's site, but I'm not sure what to put where it asks 'how much did you spend on this offer?' as I didn't spend anything upfront.
Has anyone else had this problem with the cashback?Money, money, money, must be funny, in the rich man's World!0 -
