Any updates on old New Vista payments? You did say that they would be applied for the 15th August payment run, But this did not happen, So will these ever be paid? As it's 8/9 months now?

    Thanks in advance.

When will the next payment run be? I'm expecting £150 in payments and with a wedding approaching, my savings could certainly use a little rebuilding ;)

    Hi there,

@iduno86. We had hoped that these would have arrived by now. The network has been very behind, as mentioned on here previously, but we speak to them daily and they have been catching up with payments. We've had payments for High Street Web and some others so they are coming through now. I'm sorry this is till delayed but we continue to do our best to get this delay resolved completely for you and for all Quidco customers that this is affecting.

@edinburgher. We have a payment run every 2 weeks. The next one is due to go out on 1 September so not long to wait now! Congratulations on your forthcoming wedding. I hope you have a lovely day.

    Kind regards,

    Jules

Yesterday, i asked why my npower cashback of £90 , which tracked correctly, was declined.

Today i am told the amont of £90 was wrong (it wasn't) and they have changed it to £80 - which will pay out in another 4 months - a total of 10 months from switching. I am not given any chance to respond to this nonsense, as there is no reply option.

The deal was £90 , payable in two £45 payments after 3 and 6 months. This is clearly a delaying scam to stop me switching when the prices rise next month - which would have been my right.

1/ how can quidco change the avertised cashback 6 months later
2/ why does this always happen with quidco - but none of the other sites i use?
3/ why have you made it so i cannot respond to the message - or inded raise a query without going round in circles through your automated responses.

I said i would never use quidco again for amounts over £10 - but was suckered in by the fact yours was £30 higher than TC on this occasion. Never again.

Its excuse, after excuse. competing cookies, having someone else on the policy - i've heard them all. But changing the amount and payment timescale for items which tracked correctly - is certainly a new low.

Yep, you've reached the final stage of the great cashback site farce, dormant stagnation. It's where most of us have ended up, the daily ritual of logging in to see if anything's changed or been paid months after the advertised timescale which hooked you in..........

You look at the big juicy figure of confirmed but unpaid cashback, day after day, week after week, month after month just hoping that ONE day your defeated cynicism will be proven wrong, and you'll have some cash on the way........zzzzzzzz............zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz..........zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

    Thanks Jules.

Apparantely Quidco are now aware of the issue and have referred all declined claims back to them.

I would have more respect for cashback sites if they acted against serial offenders like e2save. In the beginning - they all paid - until they realised they didn't have to - and nothing could be done about it.

Time for more acurate stats and real comments on each page from real users. Oh, and an end to the ever increasing timescales. It used to be 3 months MAX - now its anything up to a year.

At least TC sometimes pay out from their own funds - as they did last week after i spotted a dormant claim from 2009 had still not been replied to by VERY. Next day - TC put £40 in my account, as a gesture of goodwill, and its not the first time either. With Quidco, i always get the feeling they are looking for a reason not to pay.

Ok, i'm a bit confused. I took up the Gala bingo offer which was initially tracked at £20 quid. It was then essentially "re-tracked" about a week ago, again, for the £20 quid promised. Yesterday it was "re-tracked" a third time and the £20 quid was removed !!

Would appreciate some insight into what's happening. Cheers :)

    Good morning,

@jasonwatkins - it sounds as if Gala have had some tracking problems with your transaction. I would contact the Quidcare Team and ask them to take a look at this for you so make sure all seems OK with it.

To do this, please use the contact form on our help page and select Why has my cashback tracked at the wrong amount?

There'll be a button for "more help". Just use that to raise a support message.

I hope you all have a good weekend.

    Kind regards,

    Jules

I agree it feels like you a fighting a losing battle against Quidco all the time nowadays and as previous poster says - it appears that they are trying to find reasons NOT to pay.

Over the past few months I feel like I have spent a LOT of time trying to sort stuff that hasn't tracked, has tracked and declined etc. I never used to have any of this hassle.

I tried to raise a cashback claim for SSE about two weeks ago and I noticed it was outside the 7 weeks - hadn't noticed that yet another purchase hadn't tracked (and I always do all the clearing cookies etc). Anyway it asked me what purchase I wanted to track and I was able to select it from the drop down list - date and time of visit etc but then it said it's outwith 7 weeks. The point is it was there and visible as a purchase. I then "started again" to try to contact Quidco as that damn Quidcare leads you down a certain path and won't let you deviate or just send them a simple mail. Contacted them and they said when was the purchase, so couple of days later I logged in again to try and raise a cashback claim again - in order to let me see when I had made the purchase and surprise surprise it had disappeared!
I still have confirmation mails from SSE (well Scottish Hydro) in Scotland which they automatically send when you purchase from them so they are fairly accurate as to date and time. However Quidco wants an order no. It's a generic e mail - there is NO order number and this seems to be too difficult to comprehend.

As the good lady (or man!) said it feels like they are trying not to pay.

Anyhoo, I have more to do with my time than chase a compnay which IMHO has gone down the pan and doesn't seem at all interested in it's customers, but instead provides stock responses to all questions, and even when told "I would like a proper explanation" as to why cashback is declined etc, you meet with the same old chat.

I have never tried Topcashback but I am off right now to sign up, heard much better things about it on MSE.
