If it was me needing to be anonymous, I would have put four family members when maybe there's really only three, and talk about "brother" when it's really a sister or cousin who's involved so that it wouldn't be that obvious who I really was.

I too have worked in this line, but i worked in a hostel for sex offenders when they were released from prison.

OP under sarah's law perhaps you can find out once and for all what true in what has been said, although the article seems quite clear of what he has been in prison for, and he seems a liar as well, not getting his story straight and sticking to it.

Especially as your dad only likes to bother with you when his friend is around.

The attempts I've had on me of being groomed it can be sneaky. As easilydistracted has said.... we've had to have training because of the work we do (for me did)

it is all real im afraid...just had mom on phone for about an hour about it all as dad has now phoned youngest brother telling him hes had heart attacks.. read that as he used to say that since we were teens and t turned out he has gout:eek:

God knows why you're Dad is putting you both on guilt trips, ie heart attack business, if you don't really have anything to do with him.

I wonder what he has told your dad. I'm going to get shot for this but there are some images that while legally would count as sexual images of minors, may not be quite as bad as we are imagining. What makes me think this is his 'St Trinians' comment, sexy little teenagers. After all, Sam Fox was appearing topless in The Sun at age 16 (which I find a vile idea but you see my point). Does that mean the several million men who looked at those pictures are !!!!!philes? These days, yes, then, no.

True or not, if this man is telling your dad that it's just a few topless or even in lingerie 'glamour shots' of 16 and 17 year old models, your dad may not see it as serious.

I'm not defending the friend or your dad, but just trying to show perhaps why your dad isn't reacting in the way we would expect.

However, I would not permit unsupervised access any more. You don't know what this 'friend' will be able to talk your dad into doing. And certainly don't let the friend within a million miles.

He is your dad and neither you are your brothers that you know about have been abused growing up so why would he start now?

oddly not really, hes the second closest brother to me though, he kicked off on phone with my other brother then demanded my very oldest brothers no--presumably to torment him with it all as well.
the brother he told he was having heart attacks to is very easily wound up (usually drink inspired) so he will go off on a rant but i know he agrees with me on this as he went mad when he found out that dad was defending him..hes just feeling guilty because of the alleged heart attacks
ps thanks..my lifes insane enough i havent got time for trolling. infact id happily hand my family over to the trolls on here to live with so they have more eventfull lifes.
moms advice was...get back into your garden love:rotfl::T

My sincere appologies pinkcandyflossprincess. With all the trolls whom appear to have been here of late - I was convinced it was a troll considering the emotive nature of the subject matter.
