    Use Tesco.

No one is perfect but they get far fewer complaints than Asda. :)

Just had a call from Asda house.... they crediting an Evoucher of wait for it... £10.00 to my online shopping account (bear in mind they still 'owe' me £4.95) - not sure another shio with them is worth it...
Although my neighbour got Loads of free stuff with her shop last night including a massive leg of lamb!!!... so i may just give them 1 more go with the last delivery slot time ;)

We've never had a problem until last night with delivery. We obviously ordered our shopping and booked a delivery slot for last night between 8-10pm. It gets to 10pm and nothing has turned up, my boyfriend then rings up Asda customer service who say they'll get in touch with the driver. The driver rings us and says he can't do it tonight it'll be tomorrow and he's at work when it's his day off. My bloke then tells him we need the shopping since we had !!!!!! all in the house and I'm diabetic, so the driver then huffs and says he'll have to bring it but he has to deliver elsewhere first. Fine.
Shopping turns up at 11:45pm, driver unbelievably rude, handling the shopping quite roughly and no apologies given. When we get around to checking it all (we have to be up for work) we find out we've been charged for an item we've not received and we ordered some fresh cod which turned up in a split bag making everything else smell fishy!
Absolutely disgusting service, we're ringing them back up today to complain as we want a refund.
