Asda Delivery slot...

just had a call back from the help desk and they say my shopping was about £16....

Just had my 5 year old check my sum's..... took her a while (she new to a calculater) but low and behold her answer came out the same as mine....

So if a 5year can do it why noy asda......

oh and they are calling me back.................

I only use Sainsburys now and that's only on the odd occasion.

ASda called hubby about 4 ish - to say the duty manager will call me now as the store have spoken to the driver and he remembers delivering the items to me.... !!!!!!......

Cant wait for that call......

What a load of rubbish....the driver must be brain of Britain then if he remembers what every person on his round has had delivered.

Oh that and x-ray vision as they deliver in carrier bags so he wouldn't be able to see everything with normal vision :rotfl:

What a saga!! I use Tesco, only ever had a few errors. I have tried to use Asda a fewtimes but their website is sooooooooooooo slooooooooow after adding 3 items I could've done half my Tesco shop so I cancel and go back to Mr T.

If I were you i'd go down to the store with banners and whistles and get the managers attention! Oh and let the local paper know you are going too.

Have just got home from dinner with family (7yr anniversary ti find a message on my answerphone saying the home shopping manager has agreed to my refund... it will be refunded onto my card in 3-5 days and i will get an email to confirm......

I am owed another £21.52 wonder how much i will get this time.....

Had a voice mail on my answerphone on saturday saying i will be refunded in 3 -5 working days and will get an email.....

Not holding my breathe I was credited with 15.12 yesterday into my back - 9.12 of shopping abd £6.00 for the problems i was having:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

keep checking my emails to see how much they are giving me this time... On a brighter note my neighbour has said they are opening an asda in Woking so at least i will be able to go and choose my own shopping
