Dont be put off by a few bad experiences, Id definitely recommend online shopping. The problems on here are the exception rather than the rule.

(on a side note potty training the twins is NOT going well... anyone have any tips? My daughter hated potty's and refused point blank untill one day she just decided to use the loo.... The boy's clearly love their pirate pants to much to take them off

Have you emailed asda but someone further up the food chain as its getting a bit daft now

The help desk have called to say they have spoken to the store and they have told him that there is no delivery for me today...... in fact they will not be delivering to me at all.....

The only thing he could do was give me a refund as the store said they cannot do the delivery........... ermmmm isn't the idea of shopping online is that it is delivered?

Thanks Asda.... now off to write a letter of complaint i guess.... for all the good that will do

it will highlight the frailties(sp?) of the system in place and might warrant a voucher but not quite sure if you would want to use the voucher when your not happy with asda,

Oh it just won't go away.....

Had an email from them this morning confirming my refund....... should have been £30.64 they sent me.......9.12 great it was ALL the frozen food...

So i called customer service....... and they will call me back.....

Jesus. How can someone be so incompetent?! You need to make a written complaint to the head office, I would be very annoyed at being messed around like this.

No reply and it has been 4 hours since i called them last...........so i called them back... where is my refund i say... well we have phoned the store and spoke to the illusive Gemma...( the one who told me she would send out my shopping the evening it was forgotten... and now will not speak to me) and she will call me back.......perhaps when pig's will fly....

Now i am getting seriously !!!!ed off... ASDA have had my money for over 10 days have done !!!! all without me chassing them THEY have told me they cannot/willnot delivery my shopping which i have paid for... I JUST WANT MY MONEY.............

The help desk will phone the store again. I have helpfully reminded them they they still owe me 21.52 as thr store seem incapable of adding up/.....
when will i ever see it ???(I am quite please i held onto my complaint letter untill i got my refund...)
