The helpdesk always say - your welcolme and it's a pleasure to deal with your call.... rarther iritating as i have never 'thanked' them....

I am please i signed for the shopping i got with 'no frozen food recieved' .......At least they cannot say i 'signed for it.....

Just had a call back from the 'help desk'... despite saying my shopping would be here today its not going to be because all their van's are over loaded ????????

The earliest my shopping can be delivered is between 10 and 12 tomorrow... and the woman for the 'help desk' stressed this was an estimate.....

WHY COULDN'T ANYONE HAVE SAID THAT AT 10 THIS MORNING - so its too late to go out now and looks like we will be sitting around again tomorrow ......

11:30 - and no shopping........... Little miss elff has a birthday party to go to at 12... what are the chances it will appear before then?

Called at 1150 was waiting for a call back..

Hubby got a call at 12.20 saying all delivery slots were full and the duty manager will call him back possiably to arrange a delivery this afternoon.....

Just got in from miss elff party... and will try the 'help desk' again.... to see whether or not we can go out this afternoon....

helpdesk have called back to tell me the store will call me to arrange a delivery this afternoon......... really???? She said they will call in a couple of minutes....

We shall see....

I guess it would be easy to say 'just give me a refund' but we waited in friday evening as they said it was comming..... then one of us stayed home all day saturday (passing the kids between us) as they said it was comming.... and again today either me or hubby has been at home as they said its comming....

elff seriously if I were you I would cut my losses and just get a refund. They will just keep messing you around until you finally say sod it and ask for it anyway.

Thanks looby - I just see that as being too easy... and anyways have started a sweepstake now on when it will be delivered

I plan on starting to potty train the twins this week so we will be in the house anyway

Helpdesk have just called me back to say urm actually there are no re-deliveries out today (despire promising me at 10 this morning it was out) and 'somone' from the store will call and arrange for re-delivery tomorrow......
