Something very dodgy going on here ... I have just spoken to EJH and was told that their systems have been down since yesterday, and they are still down now, so no claims have been processed.

Bit strange that people have received confirmations within this time period ... am thinking that I am being lied to?! x

Be careful, my friends, this is my first post, and i am very sad because easyjethotels have blocked my account and not permit to me any reservation because i use the "price guarantee of refund the doble of difference" a lot of times.

This week i found one deal and when i reclaim the price guarantee they cancel my reservation (refund the money to my credit card) and told me that my acount was blocked, is it legal?

Sorry for my bad english, i am from spain.

Sorry to hear this. Could you not get a friend or family member to do the booking for you.

I suppose theres a moral here.
If you dip the till once or twice, you may get away with it. Do it too often and you will certainly get caught.

I have used the "price guarantee" with my girl name too in 3 or 4 occasions, I will wait one or two months, and then I will try to reclaim any deal that could interest us, with her name again, but it's probably that easyjethotels have blocken the reservations with her name too.

OK Have just phoned customer support who have said that they have had technical issues over the last day or so - and are now just being able to send e-mails. They confirmed that my claim has been accepted so 5* AI in Crete for 7 days is a freebie. Just loving that - my advice - give them a ring and surprisingly enough, you get your e-mail very quickly.

i booked with the holiday inn from their web site, when i found a cheaper rate from the web site hotelnet.com i was looking to do a claim re there best rates guarantee but they are asking for a IHG don't know what this is could someone explain please
