Have you got Stan's actual e-mail address i.e. not the normal Hotelopia one - I'm waiting on a £1000 + claim to Crete.

It has been more than a week now, since I helped my friend made claim on Amsterdam hotel. Havn't received anything apart from the standard reply, not even the one saying "we have forwarded your claim to our headoffice..." so I'm a little panic now, mainly because it's my friend's holiday and she has paid more than £600 to easyjet for the booking, if they don't accept the claim she is gonna kill me..........well maybe not kill me, but she will cook me alive.....

I've just received confirmation(after several emails back and forth) that the Milan hotel I booked will be completely free!!! I'm over the moon.

i sent an email to support@hotelopia.com mentioned 3 days t&cs for the agreement yesterday and got a reply back today.

my "otherhalf" spotted Petit Palace hotel (barca)at 165 this morning a night, because of the location we were willing to accept a £200.00 net cost after refund for the 4 nights. however i sorry she got to the booking page and booked the flights, then returned to find the booking page crashed. Upon searching i sorry she noted that the price had reduced so the saving wasnt going to be that good.

however the eurostars gaudi was an impressive 853 pounds, but find rooms and aplha had 416, so we have now booked it and await a full refund promise.

Moral of the story is, check each day cos those rates rise and rise.

Has anyone found a good deal for any Paris hotel rooms through the offer ?

I have spent some time looking for a good discount on a couple of nights in the summer, but the prices differences are too low to consider.
