Does anyone have a list of the websites that Easyjet will refund double the difference against. The budgetflyer website lists:
Alpharooms.com
Find-rooms.com
Travelrepublic.co.uk
Diytravel.co.uk
Freedomdirect.com
There are loads of others that are obviously booked in EUR's but Rates to Go for instance.0 -
Can someone please confirm that Easyjet will do the refund on Hotelpronto?0

yes they are the same type of bookin0

Hi,
On the back of the 1p ryanair flights, I'm looking for two nights in Florence later this month. Found a couple of possible cheap options using the 'double difference offer, but could anyone clarify the room type needed. I'm looking for a double room, and a couple of websites are much cheaper, but the Easyjethotels website states a Double/Twin Standard:
http://www.easyjethotels.net/search.jsp?indiceGP=4
DIY Travel has a much cheaper double room, but their Double/Twin is a similar price to Easyjethotels:
http://www.diytravel.co.uk/Customer/Availability/HotelDetails.aspx?HotelId=10302&SearchDetails=G2007.01.23!2007.01.25!!225375!-1!-1!-1!-1!-1!-1!10302!-1!!!!0!2!0!&PreviousSearchId=225375&VAError=-2147483648&IsSubmit=False&SiteId=33&Prev=3
Would this qualify?0 -
Also, Easyjet say one refund a month. Is that a calendar month, 30 days, or what?0
-
Just phoned Easyjet, and confirmed my questions above - it does have to be exactly the same room type - so Double/Twin would not price match with a double only. Also, the month is a calendar month, so it would be possible to claim for, say 31 January and 1st February.
Hope this helps someone0 -
yes if you and partner fancy two bookings/claims, just put one in each name, use different cards and bobs your auntie0

Thought to let you guys know that after I put in the claim, got an email from the customer service saying they couldn't find the same rate, then I sent off the screen shot I kept and they emailed back saying my claim is valid, and they need to wait for reply form their "Head Office".....
And that was 3 days ago, well I'm not exactly sure if the last mail I got from the CS means my they are gonna refund me the money, as they say they need to wait for reply from head office......just wondering if Tebeckett and Budgetflyer has the similar experience and when should I expect like a final email just to confirm the refund will happen.
Sorry to keep asking questions, it's just the hotel I book is quite expensive so if they are not gonna pay up I really need to cancel it....0 -
:T I got my email today saying my claim has been accepted and I'll get my refund after the trip.
Can't thank you guys enough for this one, I am so excited!! :j
EDIT: Christal, I just got an auto response saying it was being sent on, then the next day I got the confirmation email through. When I had my loft converted back into a loft, the neighbours came around and scoffed, and called me retro.0 -
Good for you pboae, well it seems yours is more straight forward then mine as the mail I received did confirm my claim is "Valid", but also said they gonna wait for reply from head office, and didn't mention about the refund......a bit panic now...0
