I spotted that one too but as my colleague needed 3 rooms, neither of us could afford to shell out over 2 grand upfront :eek:

Incidentally, as the guarantee only covers 4 people and my colleague's trip is for 5, I booked one room in my name with my card and the other 2 in my partner's name with her card.

just come back from my cheap stay at petit palace, very mod and very enjoyable nighter in BCN. Friend loved her H10 montcada. problem is easyjet have now reduced the prices. so if anyone sees a freebe or cheapie for May/June,please PM or post your find as i havent spotted ought yet.

Could anyone tell me whether Easyjet will honour claims against a price found at https://www.hotelclub.net please? I don't want to book and then be left with a huge bill :eek:

Can't see a reason not to, as long as you have instant confirmation and not on request room chosen.

I have found a quote for hotel EL Cid in Ca'n Pastilla in Majorca, 14th April for 7 nights HB from https://www.dilos.com for 546euros approx £362. As easyjethotels are quoting £475 do you think they would accept the quote from dilos if we were to reclaim double the difference? Thought I'd better check as we don't want to get caught out!

No you need a site that works in pounds sterling, they won't accept a quote in euro.

Sorry if this question has been answered somewhere further back, I think I've read every page!

Are people finding that cashback is being paid where a room is booked as, for example, Double/Twin Standard against just a Double. Or does the description have to be exact? Do both rooms have to be Double/Twin Standard?

Seems as though a lot of the best deals are with findrooms.com who tend to list as Double and Single seperately. Does this make sense?

Yes people have had sucessful claim with just "Double"

GlennTheBaker had one in post 54

I have had a price promise confirmed with double on find rooms but I am waiting to hear on a double with reserve a hotel online which was cheaper still which I quoted first.

I will update when I hear back from EJH head office.
