17. Best prices guaranteed - or we´ll refund double the difference

1. Book your room with easyJetHotels and pay for it.

2. Should you have a valid claim as per the conditions listed below, please send us the following information in the message section on our Contact Us page:

• EasyJetHotels-Hotelopia booking reference number
• Name of hotel
• Arrival date
• Name of other website and price quoted

3. Valid claims: valid claims must be made within 24 hours of booking on easyJetHotels in the event the same room type in the same hotel for the same date is found at a lower price on another website. EasyJetHotels will refund on valid claims double the difference between the advertised rate on easyJetHotels and the other available rate subject to the following conditions-

i) EasyJetHotels will confirm valid claims within 3 working days of receipt.

ii) Refunds will only be made after completion of stay by the claimant at the named hotel for the named booking.

iii) Claims for any refund must be made within 24 hours of booking on easyJetHotels.

iv) easyJetHotels must be able to verify the alternative rate is both available and bookable online.

v) Claims for refunds must be based on a comparison of the same hotel for the same dates and same room type and occupancy, and be inclusive of the same services as those offered by easyJetHotels (for example service charges, taxes and breakfast etc.).

vi) On-request rooms are excluded from this price promise and rooms must be available for immediate retail consumer bookings online.

vii) easyJetHotels will not reimburse clients if the compared product is part of a package, is shown in a currency different to that quoted by easyJetHotels, if the competitor rate is not offered by a UK bonded travel agency and/or if the rate is offered on a branded hotel chain website.

viii) This double the difference refund Best Price Guarantee will cover bookings made for up to 4 customers and a maximum of 7 nights´ stay.

ix) The maximum amount refunded shall not exceed the total value of the booking made.

x) Only one claim can be made per person per month.

xi) easyJetHotels will administer this scheme.

xii) Reimbursement of double the difference will be made in the same currency and payment method as the booking made on easyJetHotels.

4. On verifying that the lower rate is available and bookable on the other website, we will refund double the difference within 30 days after completion of stay.

Thankyou so much, just what i needed and more than likely, (would be stupid and very blonde if i didnt) will go ahead with it...ultimate saving...easyjet price...3,900 all inc for 4 of us, thomas cook, 1900, has to be a great deal :T should be a cashback of 4k if im doing it right

You will only get the value of the booking £3900-not £4000 back.
Just remember, its a max of 7 nights.If you are doing a fortnight, book first 7 with easyjethotels and claim cashback quoting Thomascook. Definately save screenshot for this one, its SO BIG, and 2nd week with cheapest other provider. If you are unlucky you may have to move rooms as you will have 2 bookings, but at check in you can probably sort it out.
For the second week, it doesnt have to be one of the qualifying companies (Thomas Cook) either. bookings.com,active hotels , gtahotels etc and hotel brand websites (ie solmelia.com, Sheraton.com, etc) dont qualify but may offer a lower price.
Stick the hotel name and dates into Kelkoo and pricerunner for more options too.

Can you book the first week in your name and second week in your partners name using two different credit cards?

Or book as I said.Depending on cancellation fee of company for 2nd week, wait a month, recheck easyjethotels and Thomas cook, if still available rebook 2nd week with easyjethotels and cancel original 2nd week booking.

For that kind of money Id have a Philiadelphia Lawyer on standby in case they try to wriggle out of their contract;)

It has been a whole week now........since i submitted the claim, now I really start panic......Just check the flight ticket(havn't booked it yet, in case the hotel thing don't work out then had to find different dates) and the ticket has gone up more than 20 quid each!! with easyjet!!

They are waiting so people start canceling their reservations. I have also been waiting for a whole week and if they won't reply by the 7th I will need to cancel my booking, otherwise I'll endup paying 25 or 130 for cancellation fees. I got my room booked on 14-18.02. I'll ring them on Monday to see what's going on.

Thought to let everyone know that just received email confirmation from easyjet, they gonna refund the money after the stay, hurah! Now we can add one more website on the comparison list which is: https://www.findmeaccom.com

The deal I got no longer shows up on the website, so maybe easyjet had a chat with the hotel and they have pulled it out.....but if you spend some time on research, you can always find some great hotel for great price, good luck everyone! Especially those ones who are still waiting for confirmation!
