by on request, easyjethotels mean rooms that cant be confirmed and booked immediately ie they need to contact the hotel and then email you back if its available.
If you can confirm the booking on both sites, its paid for in £s (not a currency conversion ) then it should be a goer0 -

just spotted a free hotel in Madrid
1-3 May (2nts) A Gaudi - easyjet want £352 find-rooms £163
so difference is £189 x 2 = free 4* hotel0 -
Booked accommodation on Monday, have got hotel voucher but have not heard anything else and strangely enough have not had money taken from my Visa. Would you wait to hear or start contacting easyjet. I am due to go to Barcelona next weekend and it should be free. I don't want to lose £564 !!! Found cheaper on DIYtravel.co.uk by over £100 per night.
Sorry - just really impatient - have never had a bargain deal like this.0 -

Bed And Breakfast Double/ Twin Standard £291.00
Bed And Breakfast Double/ Twin Standard £519.00
On easyjetHotels : £624
I'm not sure if they would accept cheaper price. I looked at OPODO's website and they offer a "Platinum breakfast" or something similar.
Find-Rooms does have a lot of hotels with 2 different prices for the same specification. But I think they have wrong description.
I am desperate to find a bargain for 14-18 Feb in Madrid, but nothing under £1700 -

Take a view if they dont accept it then you can cencel for a £15 charge. find-rooms had a similar case ona hotel agreed yesterday, if its bookable online at that price they have to allow it. besides once payment is taken online they have entered into a contract with you etc hence why easyjet only allow sites that you can book direct on as well. go for it. it could cost £15 or you could get it free0 -
Regarding this different price for same room/hotel thing, I have rang 2 different website to ask why is it, what they have told me is basically they "buy" rooms from different supplier, maybe direct from hotel but maybe from some special companies, and different supplier give different price for the same room/hotel, and they charge a margin on top of it so when you see the same room/hotel on website for different prices, it means they are stock from different suppliers, as long as the description is the same......then the room/board type is exactly the same. Interesting. isn't it?0

pboae wrote:It just means recording a picture of the image that was on your computer screen. The easiest way to do it is just press CTRL and PRNT SCRN at the same time. Then go into a programme that can display images (like Paint or Word) and Paste it in. You should get a picture of your computer screen, which you can save.
I don't know if I'm being really stupid, but I can't get this to work on my PC. As I don't want to lose a potentially good deal I've seen, does anyone know if a paper print-out would do as proof for Easyjet?0 -

I don't think you have anything to lose by ringing customer services and politely saying that you're travelling next weekend and you wanted to check that your message had reached them and that they were looking into the matter. You should at least be able to check on the progress of your claim, which might set your mind at rest?0
