originally used hotelpronto but just as i was about to email them i found it for £15 less on find-rooms.com so used that one

Would I be able to take advantage of this staying near disneyland paris does anyone know? Ive never been to paris before but would go if could get a cheapy hotel deal and cheapy flights!.. Im thinking of a birthday weekend away in March if anyone can help? Im absolutley rubbish at this stuff

2 nights..a friday and a saturday in March...9th-11 1st choice really.

Moreover on the Barcelona front guys, easyjethotel relooked at the £144 deal for the H10 montcada and emailed back to say, yes you can have all your money back. 4* hotel, jacuzzi on the roof for nothing for my friend.

When will the deal end my friend said, umm never I hope.

Just spent about 30 mins to make the booking for AMsterdam hotel, I have found a much cheaper rate for a 5* hotel on findmeaccom, but after went through all the hassle and details filling on easyjet, it tells me the hotel is no longer available!!

Anyway had to go for the 2nd option, will need to pay about £50 after the double difference, has submitted the claim, hopefully they won't turn it down just because on the comparison website, it is quoted in "double standar" only not "double/twin"! Will keep you guys updated, especailly if easyjet confirm the claim then we can add one more website to budgetflyer's list.

Tbeckett/Helen you are a lucky one! You may want to check out the Majestic hotel in barcelona, 5*, easyjet quoted 500+, but on travelrepublic was only 300+, end up aobut £80 for 3 nights for my booking in Feb, if the price hasn't changed then it can be a good choice.

I can't find Majestic hotel on them sites you mentioned!..What region of Barcelona is it in please?

Where did you get your flights from and how much did you pay if you don't mind my asking lol.

Im new to all this kind of thing but am desperate to impress OH lol. If I can get us (4 of us) a nice luxury weekend break away somewhere for under 200 quid that would knock his socks off!! Possible??

Just got a reply from easyjet, it's not French! pasted it below, if anyone can help to let me know what they means it's much appreciated. I guess it's kind of standard reply saying they have got my mails and stuff, but just want to be sure, thanks!!

Helen, I have just run the search on easyjet, Majestic is still there(it's located in Barcelona center, very close to the Cathedral), but when I searched again for a room for 2adults+2children, only 2 hotels came up. That could be the reason why you can't find it. How old is your children? Can you book 2 rooms instead of one room? Cause that way you will have lots more options on the hotel you can choose.

Easyjet is charging one double/twin room(just for 2 adults) at £377 for 2 nights, travelrepublic is charging it for £298, difference is not good enough. But there are tons of 5/4 star hotels in Barcelona, I'm sure you can find a nice one, but only if you can book 2 rooms.....
