On my laptop I have to press ctrl+ shift+ prtSc at the same time

Shakka, just check your keyboard carefully, somewhere on the first/second raw of the keys(on the left hand side I think) you will find a key with "Printscrn" on it, and that's the key you need to press when you want to print a screen shot. I usually just press that key anytime I want a screen shot, then right click your mouse, choose "Paste", the picture can be pasted into an email or a word file, it's very simple. If press this key doesn't work, then try Pboae said, press the CTRL and this key together, then I'm sure you will get the screenshot.

Thanks everyone for taking the time to post replies, I think it might be my PC not working properly as it is going a bit funny lately! I've just printed out the screens and I'll try my best with them...

It only works for up to 4 customers.

Some of my pals think its a risk

Someone will have to front a lot of money even for just 4 people even if they do get most of it back it will max their card.

I've just put in another claim for a full refund from EasyJetHotels.

A work colleague is travelling to Milan for 3 nights, 18-21 May 2007. EJH have the Hotel Dei Cavalieri for £557, find-rooms.com have it for £221. Difference is £336 so double is £672. The room descriptions on each site are identical (Double/Twin Standard) so I can't see a problem but am waiting for confirmation. I'll update when appropriate.

Could everyone book separately and then each submit a claim so that each is stumping up just their own cost?
