Cumbrian, if I remember it corrently, you used Reserveahotelonline as comparison site for the claim, did you? Please do let us know what easyjet says, if it works then we can add one more website to the hotel list, hurah!

If you're travelling alone or without kids I'd look at hostels. I've just booked 3 nights in central Barcelona for £35. Flights were £0.01 each way.

Why book in hostel for £35 when you can stay in 4/5 star for less than £50.......including breakfast.....

Im still struggling to find anything that looks remotley like a bargain in Barcelona,,can anyone help please? Im so crap at this!!

Id like a weekend break in Barcelona for 2 adults 2 children (ages 9 and 3) not bothered when..cheapest i guess but march would be great if the price is right

Would laterooms.com website qualify for this ?
You book though the laterooms site but pay the hotel after your stay so the way I understand it, this wouldn't qualify....or am I just being dim ? !

not sure, best thing to do is to call easyjet and ask them if this is the case...people in cutomer service are very nice...

The room must be paid for upfront in Sterling so Laterooms does not qualify.

Thank you for the information on this thread. I would be thrilled if I was able to book a better hotel for my forthcoming break.

My chosen hotel on easyjethotels states "complimentary service included"(?).

There is no mention of service on find-rooms.com but the site does state that there are no hidden costs.

Does anyone think that this would disqualify a claim?
