went though a bit of a turmoil today i booked (in a friends name for her) H10 Montcada for £291 for 2 nights, find-rooms.com had it for £144, anyway by the time they checked it , it had gone, but i did put two comparibles so they granted the hotelpronto price of 174 making 2 nights for £50 odd (4* with jacuzzi on roof) i emailed them back today saying that offer is available on find rooms now so sould they recheck, heres hoping for that freebe!0

Thanks for letting me know wishiwasarichgirl, so which website did you use as compare? hotelpronto?
Cumbrianmale, I have just been to the reserveahotelonline website, but the best rate I can find is 477.........333 would be great and I will book immediately but can't find it.....don't know how it happened0 -
just a note with easyjethotels site, lots of searches sometimes causes the system to limit your options. clear your cookies if this happens, not sure if they do it to make you think rooms are going fast,0

Tbecktt100, can I ask you if the 174 price from hotepronto is quoted in double and twin or just one of them? As I'm really confused about the huge price difference they have between some double and twin rooms(same hotel), and not sure if I can use it as comparison....0

Just rechecked and cleared cookies but not coming up at 333 now. Best I can find is hotel pronto at 390 giving 3 nights at 224.

if i recall it was double twin standard. however as the rooms are generally double/twin and x website offers it separately i cant see it being an issue because it doesnt matter who you book with the rooms arent gonna be any different.
will let you know their feedback re the separate listing issue. they honoured the 174 hotelpronto one though.0 -

I would ask in the special request box for a double. Then when asking for price promise state its a better deal as guaranteed to get your board preference, you may get a twin with them.I have a cunning plan!

If you are looking to pricematch a specific hotel, then Kelkoo it. Throws up some interesting results. The Barbizon Palace is available for £348 the dates Cumbrian Male wants via https://www.GTAhotels.com
This is a US company so I dont think they are suitable for a price match in this instance, but it shows the potential to drop the price further.0 -
Thanks cumbrian for going through the trouble, well I guess I will wait till you hear from easyjet to confirm your refund before I use reserve a hotel online (I thought you used them as comparison site), just to be safe.0
