Have checked with neighbours and nothing, however i was not left a card which surely you would be if parcel left with neighbours? I only found out about this from online tracking, really hope it is a glitch on there system.

The worst outcome after losing my money, is not getting the computer. It was a present for my husband and I waited for a deal for a while, gutted.

I've had a denial of receipt form emailed from Currys so will print, sign and fax it back.

I'm waiting on a parcel of cat food for a trial I'm taking part of,according to the blog the's a lot of us waiting, stuff shouldv'e been here by yesterday.Yodel's delivering it & last time the delivered to me (new O2 router) they couldn't find my house nor be bothered to ring my phone number! First thing I knew about it was a text from O2 telling me the delivery had failed!

If I lost the £659 that Currys have of mine at this point, whilst I have nothing. I don't know what happens now, this is all new to me.

It is up to the seller to ensure that you get the goods, if you haven't had them, they should refund your money.

this company is the worst ever.

Last night they said they attempted to deliver my parcel at 8:30 and left a card, which was total untrue as i was in and got no card.

Today at 8:10AM!!! they woke me up banging my door, i open the door and he hands me the parcel and asked for no signature, i later checked to find they updated to delivered with an incorrect spelling of my surname,

Im gonna call sportsdirect back tomorrow to see if theres a proof of delivery signature, if so im gonna make a complain not having them forge my signature.

Yodel have apparently tried to deliver my course books for the OU 15 times, coincidentally at the same time every morning and evening, both of which times I was in, every delivery date. Now I have to attempt to get them redelivered before the 13th May, I doubt that's going to happen somehow.

I missed the first delivery - Argos gave me a tracking code that doesn't work. So I booked a redelivery for today using the redelivery booking facility on Yodel's website.

I waited for ages and when I finally called Yodel in the late afternoon the person I spoke to told me that my parcel is still sitting in the depot. That they can't ship the parcel out to me today. And that they don't keep records of redeliveries booked online. Is it any wonder that no one knows what should be delivered today if they don't keep records of redelivery bookings? Meanwhile I'd probably spent like £3 calling their 0845/0844 number to find out that they don't keep records.

I was given no choice but to rebook a reredelivery for Monday. But I have no way to ascertain that this is going to happen as Yodel's online tracking facilities show nothing whether I used the Argos provided tracking code or the parcel number on the "Missed you" card. Who knows if Yodel keeps records of redelivery bookings made on phone? I have now contacted Argos to cancel the order.
