Is it too late to beg a cuppa?
Fingers and toes crossed for you on the job front, sweetie. And no, I don't think it's bad for you to get rid of that bed set - I think it's a really healthy release of something which reminds you of bad times. All power to your elbow m'dear.
Big hugs.

:coffee: never too late for a cuppa Nora, how are you?
Thanks for the reply on the duvet, its going. I think you're right Nora, it needs to go, get rid of all the negative vibes left over from her. I'll put it in a bag with everything else I want rid of and even if I get £10 for it, at the moment its better than nothing.

Doing ok, ta. Got a bit lost there for a few months after the redundancy, and with all the family stuff, and house moves - but definately feeling a general sense of 'found my way back to MSE, and it'll therefore be ok..' this evening.
Really been inspired by your diary - I know it's tough on the job side, but you've reminded me what it is to be brave and to just keep trying. I haven't been feeling it of late, so thank you for being the fab and wonderful you *hugs*, and I'll be putting in some applications tomorrow.

Aww, thank you Nora. I did wonder for a while whether to keep my diary going as I feel I'm wittering sometimes but came to the conclusion I need to keep going with the diary as I feel writing it down does help..... a lot.CC2 = £8687.86 ([STRIKE]£10000[/STRIKE] )CC1 = £0 ([STRIKE]£9983[/STRIKE] ); Reusing shopping bags savings =£5.80 vs spent £1.05.Wine is like opera. Morning All, where's the yawning smiley when you need it? I've had a huge :coffee: but I'm still yawning, was up at 4:30 to take OH to work. I know he appreciates it. I'm volunteering this morning but don't start till 9 (working quite close to home thankfully today) so I might grab a catnap of 15 minutes.
So far I have:-
emptied dishwasher
put some washing on radiators (all this rain means its taking an age to dry things)
applied for some jobs
....and cleared some space in my email as it was bursting at the seams
OH and I had takeaway pizza (again) last night. We really shouldn't have, apart from the money aspect I'm still trying to lose weight. It won't happen if I keep eating pizza, so today I've had cornflakes and I'll take a cereal bar with me to have with a cuppa at my break.
..........Off for a catnap on the sofa..........if I go up to bed I'll crash out.CC2 = £8687.86 ([STRIKE]£10000[/STRIKE] )CC1 = £0 ([STRIKE]£9983[/STRIKE] ); Reusing shopping bags savings =£5.80 vs spent £1.05.Wine is like opera. Another early start, took OH to work. Feel quite tired but go job app to do this morning. Trying to wake myself up first before starting. Had 2 cups of tea and may go for a third.
Is anyone else cold? Finding it hard to get washing dry. I was having a look at the electric clothes dryer stands (I hate tumble dryers), has anyone else used these?CC2 = £8687.86 ([STRIKE]£10000[/STRIKE] )CC1 = £0 ([STRIKE]£9983[/STRIKE] ); Reusing shopping bags savings =£5.80 vs spent £1.05.Wine is like opera. I've had a little look on fleabay and might get one from there. I don't want to pay too much for it but I need to do something. The small stuff can go in the airing cupboard but things like towels take an age to dry.CC2 = £8687.86 ([STRIKE]£10000[/STRIKE] )CC1 = £0 ([STRIKE]£9983[/STRIKE] ); Reusing shopping bags savings =£5.80 vs spent £1.05.Wine is like opera. I can't stop yawning today. Done mostly job apps today and had a little snooze (think the early mornings are getting to me).
Does anyone know when to pick chillis? Haven't checked tomatoes as its still raining.CC2 = £8687.86 ([STRIKE]£10000[/STRIKE] )CC1 = £0 ([STRIKE]£9983[/STRIKE] ); Reusing shopping bags savings =£5.80 vs spent £1.05.Wine is like opera. when they are ripe or a decent size! there is no "pick now" thing with chillies, look at the type you have, see what size the should get to and pick them then (leave them to ripen more if you want but green chillies are basically up- ripe chillies!), oh and if you want them hotter don't water them for a few daysDo not meddle in the affairs of Dragons, for thou art crunchy and good with catsup
