Thanks Asiya - I think that they've had enough of me and have now decided to honor my original 'rejected' claim without the need for any further action on my part (I already had the Letter before Action drafted and ready to email in) - I'll believe that when the cheque arrives.
Meanwhile try sending a letter of complaint attached to an email to cashback@e2save.com and a copy will be issued to all 35 members of the cashback team (they may choose not to reply but they will receive it).0 -
Hi,
Just to let everyone know that I did everything as requested to gain my redemptions and they didn't send them. I avoided ringing the 0870 number they never answer, for hours and just took CPW to the small claims court, Cheque arrived in less than 28days for full amount of both cashbacks and the court fees. More info if needed, all so very easy.......0 -
I know - provided people DO follow the legal t&c and not the various b/s they spout as well as being able to prove that they have. I hope you ALSO got your court fees or else it cost them nothing and you a lot to get your money.0

Hi All,
Just wanted to say thanks to all for your advice. I stood to lose £495 on my cashback deal with e2save as they declined my first cashback. It was the same nonsense with the terms and conditions changing after the contract had begun.
I got nowhere with customer services on the phone, and my email complaints got a standard response, telling me "too bad, go away". My first email to Charles Dunstone also got a similar response. However, it is quite interesting that in my following email, in which I threatened to take them to court I received a very prompt call offering to reopen my file and honour all cashbacks. It is a bit sad that I had to resort to threats, but these guys don't respond to anything else it seems.0 -
No surprise at all to me. Follow the groundrules and they won't get away with the absolute rubbish they've been employing since the IIC took over. Astonishing as you may find this, but there are many who believe this is still a reliable and honest dealer!!0

Hi,
I bought mobile contract from E2Save in Sep 2007. I send them 4th airtime bill to claim 1st Cash back. They say it is declined as I should have send them claim after 120 days. At the time when i ordered the phone online it terms was clear that i should send them my 4th bill. I can not see terms of contract as they have not send me any plus there is no old contract details on there site. Now they are not solving my problem and insisting that I can not claim any cashback. They are cheating simple people.
I spoke one of customer support to email me my contract terms and conditions but he denied. They are extremely rude and trained to eat up cashback money.
Why Government not banning these copaines which are running business with the intension of conning people.
Can any one advice me, Who should i complain or write to ....

Hiya, thanks a lot for all your experience sharing. My phone was connected on 22/10/2007. What are the months that i need to send bills to them and claim my cashback?
According to T&C , I need to send in Feb, April, June, Aug
However, according to some of you said earlier, it seems that they will treat Jan as 4th month bill, March as 6th month bill, May, July and Sept.
So i am confusing now....
Anyone can give me some suggestions please? Cheers!

Not much point. You are on the price-match t&c; claim one was in February so if you missed that it's game over. Never sign any cashback contract unless you put in the time and effort to understand what you're doing BEFOREHAND.0

I can join the ranks of those who have been conned. I did everything correctly so thought I would get away with it but NO. They claimed my last bill arrived on 7th April (outside the claim period). Actually I sent it via recorded delivery and kept the proof. It arrived on 11th March! when phoning I am kept on hold around 20 minutes each time. They dont let me speak to a manager and my claim still hasnt been approved even though they havent a leg to stand on and have admitted the claim was made in time. The worst thing is that its dragging on and I'm due to claim my next cashback in a couple of weeks. Am worried that will be rejected too as until the March claim is sorted my file says I've lost the right to subsequent claims. This is only my 2nd claim -still ot 3 more to go-what a nightmare.
They are crooks!
Don't even think of signing up with them. Stay well clear. Even if you are organised and can figure the maze of which bill to send and where they still have a few tricks up their sleeves. If you need to phone them go through saynoto0870.com for a landline number (does mean you will have to go on hold twice to get to the cashback department).
Does anyone have the landline/extension or e-mail of a sympathetic employee in the cashback team who will sort it soonish? I'm about to give up and take it to Small Claims.0
