Any chance of asking for the manager and doing the "i am actually recording this phone call for legal reasons and may i have your name and say the firms name that you work for please?" . Might help.
I think your best be is a legal looking letter to them with dates of calls to them and details of your cancellation.
Sorry, sounds a really irritating situation.

Just to confirm, what address is everyone sending their claims in to?

    Thanks
Checkback Offers, PO Box 4259, Wednesbury, WS10 7WZ.

Note: Don't use the one on the PDF leaflet that was "correct at time at going to print." (ie. the address civicwalker says). I'm quite concerned that three people have given three different addresses!
  • And how do I get to speak to a manager??

Gosh what a lot of different addresses they have, what with the confusion over which bill to send it now seems you also have to gamble on what address to use!
