If you go through the e2save.com help pages it gives the address as Dunstable so that is where I've sent my mums cashback claim to.

Also sent a letter to e2saves head office in Loughborough threatening legal action if they don't reply in 7 days as my mum has been waiting 4 months for her 1st cashback cheque. Before anyone asks yes she got a text saying her 1st claim was successful.

What futher action has anyone else taken against e2save? I was thinking small claims court!

Surely if we all complain to somewhere like Watchdog then soemone will listen!

I gave a generous 21 days at the end of dec. before threatening small claims court to which they are yet to respond. So in the next couple of weeks I'll be testing this route.

I have a text confirmed 'successful' claim which they now know nothing about.

e2save are unbelievable - spent 45 minutes listening to the annoying theme tune this am before getting to speak to anyone - asked about autochequeback for £118 for k610i bought in october which should have arrived by mid-december - rep quite happily said ''yeah, cheque raised on dec 20th - should receive it soon - if you havent received it by feb 10th call us back'' - 2 months to post out a cheque!!! - they must be having a laugh

I was told the reason for delay was that the cheque is posted from Portugal. I got the cheque around a month late, but importantly I got it, it clearly hadn't come from Portugal.

My cheque was from CPW London and showed no signs of being posted from Portugal. These people are very apt at fobbing customers off with lies. Even if they were posted from Portugal it should not take more than a week or so to arrive.

My mum sent her 2nd cashback claim on Monday (8 January 2007) and received a text today (11 January 2007) saying claim successful please allow 30 days for cheque to be received.

She rang cashback customer services again about her 1st cheque and was told it is in the process of being raised and should be with her before 11 February 2007 (5 months after sending the 1st claim in).

I've just had my first cashback cheque for sending bill 3 in (should have been bill 4) this morning. I sent bill 4 in as a precaution yesterday, probably wasted £5 posting it but I'd like to see whether they'll notice.

This means I should send bill 11 in instead so I may be able to reduce my tariff on the final month and save a bit of money.
