Online bills are no problem with E2Save. This is what they say about them:
If you are registered for online billing we will be happy to accept a copy of your bill from your networks website. The bill should display your:
· Name
· Current address
· Mobile number
We must receive this within 30 days from the date on the monthly bills.0 -

I had the same "On It's Way" with the tracking number, and after contacting Royal Mail they confirmed that the letter had arrived but was not signed for.
Defeats the object of paying extra for "signed for" in my opinion.0 -

Recorded delivery is only standard post with a signature required and so insures items against loss up to £32. The bills and claim you sent have no value as far as Royal mail are concerned so apart from a book of stamps to say they are sorry for failing to deliver, you are unlikely to get anything else out of them.
One of the E2save addresses still does not sign for letters, and if you have a quick skim of some of the other posts on this thread you wills ee that some people now prefer to use special delivery which is 'usually' signed for.
I would suggest you phone e2save and see if they will confirm claim has arrived.

Blimey that 0845 655 1246 number is permanently on hold! Looks like there's a fair few complaints then...0

Bit more re-assured and they seem to be reasonable
It took a little over 20 mins to get an answer from E2save, however the chap agreed while the invoice was dated the 29th Sep and it was a weekend and that they aready knew I did not get the phone until 2nd Oct, then I would have only had 3 bills Oct, Nov and Dec. He made a note to say my fourth bill was Jan and they would honour the redemption if I sent this to them within 28 days of that bill date. Was impressed with Sean who was happy to explain, check and note things, always a good sign.
I was worried they had not recieved the one I sent 26/12, however he did confirm there was the new address to send it too, and while sending to the old one adds a few days extra they are redirected. I didnt ask who was responsible if lost in the redirection.
Anyway my 4th bill should be soon and I'll send it off and see what happens.
Bit disappointed by the confusion and while there was the cost of the call am a lot happier.:j0 -
Just to confirm, what address is everyone sending their claims in to?
Thanks0 -
Hi all,
I odered a clearance discount phone from e2save back in mid october. They sent me an email to confirm the order but said due to stock shortage I'd have to wait upto 14days for the order. As I didn't want to wait this long I sent an email to them saying I wished to cancel the order, (I do not have a copy of the email as it automatically gets deleted after a month) and thought that was the end of the matter.
In the first week of December (some 6 weeks later) I received the phone I had cancelled. I contacted e2save and told informed them that I had cancelled the order back in October. The C/S agent apologised and confirmed that the order was cancelled and said someone would contact me with details on how to return the phone. The following day I received a voicemail message to say they would send an email with details of how to return the item. However, I have still not received this email. Since then however, I have tried on at least 4 different occasions to contact their C/S dept. and spent well over an hour on hold each time, albeit unsuccessfully. I tried again today and after 45 mins on hold got through only to be transferred and put on hold for another 26 mins. Finally I managed to get through to someone, explained everything and was told we can't cancel the order now because you've had it for over a month!! (I have since then also been billed for the 1st months contract, but had already cancelled my direct debit...... so won't be paying that!!!)
What a load of B*ll*x.
I've spent over 4 hrs of my valuable time trying to get thru to these muppets to find out how to return a phone that I cancelled six weeks earlier, and have not even removed the sim from the box, but have now been billed for it.
Where do I stand??0
