It's been a funny old weekend, im still happy, but things have been said to OH, which will hopefully lead to the more serious conversations that we have been skirting around.
Watch this space I guess.

Well, you can only avoid certain discussions for so long TS and I think you've given OH plenty of time and space now.
Time to sort things out, one way or the other, I think.
All the best. x0 -

If you are concerned about it that you may forget to say this or that what I do is make a list with bullet points on it and outline of subjects to talk about, sometimes these things are like going to the docs, once you get there your mind goes blank and you just sit there:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:kicking yourself afterwards for not having said what you came to say:rotfl::D0 -

That's what I did last time I said something serious to him, in the end I remembered all I wanted to say, but sent him back with the piece of paper in case he didn't remember or wasn't really listening.
He has been texting me all evening so I'm guessing that he isn't too p***y about what I've said this aft which is a good sign.
All in all a nice day although I didn't wake up this morning thinking I was going to say what I said to OH, but I guess you can't plan these things.

Yep and the way I see it. Talking is king but texting is ok too as long as you don't misconstrue what's being said (always a danger) but it's just been texting taking the p**s out of each other and being playful and funny which we both need too

Great, keep it light, all good fun:D
Yep
I miss our "sparring" and being silly so much. We had so many fun times doing ridiculous things that probably nobody else would find funny. So it's good, really good that these feelings are coming back.
We haven't dragged each other on our feet around the dining table yet to see who can do the fastest lap when the floors been polished. I guess there is time for that lol
I am the fastest yay me!!!! Lol

Just checking in. Ive had a fab birthday, the OH spoilt me rotten, which gives me a bigger indication that we are still on the right track. He got me a fantastic present which proved to me he had been listening to me, as what I got I had only talked about briefly. I got a lovely card, and a card from his mum to "Daughter-in-Law" I know she will have asked him if it was ok to send it to me (as she does) so in all I am made up.
Still got more of the difficult conversations to have, but I feel incredibly positive that things are going to be ok.
