And don't stop appealing it, even if they claim its their final decision.
I wasn't quite as 'restrictive' (using their words, not labelling you) as that, but as a Christian I put on the form that I would not work Sundays, and that my beliefs would preclude me from doing bar work or coffee shops, and that I would prefer not to work nights. QUOTE]
Why cant you work in a coffee shop? I dont get why its againist your beliefs?Plenty of christians work in coffee shops/bars.. i dont see the issue

What type of JSA is the OP seeking? Sounds like her husband earns too much for them to qualify for income based, and I'm unclear whether she has made the right NI contributions for cont based (which is only paid for six months anyway).

Even if the NI contributions have been made, wouldn't this then call into question the fact that she voluntarily quit her previous job?
    :D I haven't bogged off yet, and I ain't no babe :D

what do you mean theres no such thing? im sat looking at the job centre "contract" and it states "you should be available for work from 8 am to
8pm monday to sunday for up to 8 hours a day and up to 40 hours a week"

OK, so you can use this as evidence to demonstrate that there is a ready supply of suitable work for the hours that you are available. You are focusing on what you see as your rights as a parent, what you need to do is focus on how you can fulfil the requirements for JSA.
