So sorry for you & your wife.

My only advice is to let yourselves grieve.
Once you know you're pregnant you invest all your hopes & dreams in that baby & to lose it hurts so bloody much.
Try to be a rainbow in someone's cloud.
  • I wish to offer my support and condolances to you both too, i can't imagine the hurt and dissappointment that you feel and hope you pull through together.

I also wanted to add that I think polejunkies post was aimed at offering some light hearted relief, it was just badly mistimed not maliscious. She wasn't to know of the update (without reading first) and probably just assumed the situation was as before, prior to posting.

This isn't aimed at the OP BUT - Please can people try to be nice to each other and stop reacting with nastiness all the time, its un-necessary and its making these boards so unfriendly.

    Think before posting!!
  • Sorry for bumping this thread, but after our recent pain I can not believe it, but me and my gorgeous wife are expecting our first baby, we had the scan on Friday and all seems well.

It all happened so fast after loosing our last one, we weren't even trying. So so happy and so so shocked.
    Can't wait for April

  • TeamLowe,
What a lovely thing to say, sadly I am not sure my wife would agree with you all the time especially at the moment!

Sorry to hear you suffered a miscarriage, I sadly know how that feels (from amale point of view at least!). I hope you get some good news soon.

I have only just read this thread. After your posting where you lost your baby and almost lost your wife too, I was almost in tears, it was so heartbreaking to read. (i have had a miscarriage and ectopic pregnancy but now have 2 gorgeous girls)
Now, having read your update, I am almost in tears again but this time, it is with joy for you both and the hope that you have a happy and healthy pregnancy.
