    I never saw the thread in May and have just read through the whole of it, what a journey but so glad to hear the ending you have got.

    I too am pregnant and due in March. Good luck for the next 6 months.

    It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
    Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
    If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
    If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
    If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.

    I didnt see the thread back in May/June either as I had just suffered an ectopic pregnancy and have been avoiding all baby-related posts like the plague :o.
