Glad DD's a bit better, its so awful when they are ill you feel so sorry for them but sometimes need a break yourself too.
Im also glad doing a small job a day is helping you. Before I used to have to spend 2-3 hours on a Saturday morning doing the whole house. This way all I have to do at the weekend is the bathrooms and its much more manageable.
 to the tax credits. At least you have explored all avenues re upping your income.
Have a good Sunday x x x
Thank you mummy for your kind words.
It is and I am not dreading it as much. I am not at the stage where the house is well where I want it to be but I am dealing with it and keeping on top of general things means it will eventually leave me time to crack on with the extras. The progress will be appreciated. Can I ask though, how did you spend 2-3 hours on your whole house? I spend 2-3 hours per room (and dont ask me what on I just take forever and need tips on quick cleaning!!!)
Hope you have a good sunday too xxx:j DMP started on 1st Oct 11 - 6 yrs 0 mths till DFD :jMay 2018 Debt free date - Mission to clear before!Depression is a challenge, Debt is a challenge and I have been given these challenges to be a stronger person. Oh Lost, you sound just like me. I'm a 2-3 hour per room kinda gal too!! Really trying hard to get that down though, just not got that kind of time. The 'one job a day' thing is really helping. I just do the one job and don't bother with the other rooms when I do that job. The next day I pick a different room and do one job in there. If I am feeling particularly energetic then I will do more than one job but only if I have time. It seems to be all about the baby steps for me.

Hope you got on well with the Avon

Hi Lost and GAP!
Well re the cleaning my kitchen is cleaned down every evening so that never really needs a good doing over. Every month of so DH will clean on top of the cupboards etc.
Its only a quick fly round every week not a doing skirtings, door frames etc, that of course would take much longer.
I generally get the kids to muck in tidying up toys etc so I can get straight in there with the hoover and polish!!
This is going to sound awful now but apparently my mil spends hours each day cleaning her house when mine hardly gets that. Still the kids socks come back black bright from her house yet at my house they dont. How does that work then :rotfl:!!!
Oh and I do have a dishwasher too, which has got to be the best appliance I have ever bought. Never felt the need for one until DD2 came along and never looked back since.
Hope the weathers not too bad for you delivering the Avon.

I also have a dishwasher even although it is just the two of us and Mr G a couple of times a week. Life would be hard for me if I didn't. I really love mine. It is just a slimline one and I could really do with a normal sized one. Don't ask me where all the dishes come from, I really don't know :think:Mortgage at 12/07/2022 = £175,000

We can support each other through this, we will get on top and have an easy quick attitude motivation to cleaning and we will be able to keep on top of it. I am happy to hear that the one job a day is helping you. It sounds good though not going over the same room, thats maybe where I am going wrong! xx:j DMP started on 1st Oct 11 - 6 yrs 0 mths till DFD :jMay 2018 Debt free date - Mission to clear before!Depression is a challenge, Debt is a challenge and I have been given these challenges to be a stronger person. You are so good, I mean top of kitchen cupboards  my house is shocking! :rotfl:
Can I ask do you have clutter? Strange question but I am now looking for ways to deal with the clutter (theres so much)
That doesnt sound awful, I go round to mine and wipe my feet on the way out (well thats an exageration but you get my jist!) She might jjust polish her silver instead of cleaning her floors.
Now one of those I desperatly want! We havent got the room at the moment as our shed contents is in our kitchen among alot of other clutter! But it is something we have discussed cause I am so fed up of spending so long washing up!

Where do I start..... I know....
:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:
Wages - mucked up again! By my calculations they have underpaid me again. Waiting for email!
Anyway moving on from that disaster, suppose I need to look on the brightside, I got more than last month :rotfl:
I delivered my Avon books still have more to deliver, picking the first lot up tomorrow. Probably wont get any orders.
but its worth trying!
Sold some more on ebay, not sure how much yet, To be honest I have been a little lazy with my figures of debts and taking the money off, last month was survival of the fitness, this month is going to be the month... ENOUGH!
Does it ever get any easier? xxx:j DMP started on 1st Oct 11 - 6 yrs 0 mths till DFD :jMay 2018 Debt free date - Mission to clear before!Depression is a challenge, Debt is a challenge and I have been given these challenges to be a stronger person. Focus and determination is the key with hard work!0
