It is only fair you claim back your costs.

    What are referral fees?
In my case referral fees are charges for being over my overdraft.

  • My sister who is a student has got herself in a bit of financial difficultly and has been charged £39 twice for 2 bounced direct debits which also has put her overdrawn leaving the bank to charge her for the unauthorised overdraft!

Can she claim the bounced direct debits back? I'm not sure if bounced DD's are "claimable".

Yes, she can claim these. See post #4 in THIS THREAD for a list of charges you can reclaim.

Lloyds has sent me all the statements and in addition sent me a list of all the charges on my statements.

My question is - besides the o/draft usage fee which I understand I can reclaim what about o/draft interest which their is a lot of?

Also what about unpaid cheque charge of 27.50 and undpaid D/D fee of 55.00 and o/draft excess fee. Are all these reclaimable and can I apply for interest on all these excessive charges?

    thanks
