I have finally plucked up the courage to proceed with my claim against Natwest on a closed account...so far so good! Also want to pursue my current bank Lloyds TSB. However I have an overdraft facility that I live in - can anyone advise me if they are likely to withdraw this if I start my claim?0

Charges you can claim and can't claim for are in post 4 in the Reclaim Help Thread linked to in my signature.
If you have any doubts at all as to what your bank's abbreviations stand for please phone your bank to clarify.0
