  • going through list as we speak how about overdraft interest??
  • No, overdraft interest can't be claimed. Some people are trying to claim it back by saying that they were only charged it due to the charges, but as it's usually not all that much I wouldn't do it. Would be awful to have the bank contest the case purely due to the inclusion of overdraft interest!

    I Have sent off for and received a list from my bank but I don't understand which bit I can claim for is it

    Commission, commission refund, debit interest or Fees that I should be totalling up

  • I have just recieved my 6 years worth of statements from BARCLAYS. However, they arent set out in the format as my usual statements. Ive got no idea what column I should be looking at or what I am looking at!! Can anyone who is or has dealt with BARCLAYS please help me out for what key words, abbreviations I am looking for please?? ANY help is greatfully recievd.

    I was charged a £35 arrangement fee to increase my overdraft sometime
    back. Can i claim this ?

  • The Bank has sent me SIX years of Bank Statements! I assume I have to trawl through every one for the breakout of charges? Exactly which charges?:confused:

    I have around 10 arrangement fees each time for increasing my overdraft but i need to know whether i can claim these or not ?
