i always leave feedback, and it really annoys me to when people dont, the only time i wont leave feedback is when its not good, for example, i brought a camera last week, it was a broken for spares or repairs but was described as new with no damage to the exterior. i only wanted the casing as mine was scratched so i was gonna get someone i knew to swap over the casings. when it arrived it was scratched and had a big dents in 2 corners, i emailed the seller and he said he would refund the cost of the camera but i would have to pay return postage, the camera was £8 original postage was £5 so i would of only in effect of gotton £3 back! so i didnt return the camera i gave it away on freecycle and leave him feedback! thinking about it now thou i think i may leave him neutral, cause im not really being fair to other ebayers by only leaving positive feedback am i???

I would have reported this to Paypal (assuming you paid that way) as significantly not as described. I'd also leave a negative not neutral as the seller lied about the condition of the camera. For feedback to have a meaning, it should reflect the whole transaction IMO.
I let my mind wander and it never came back!
