Why do some people never leave feedback?

I can't say I've ever looked to see if someone has left me feedback or not.

What will you reply if they email you to ask why they can't bid?

Sellers can get lazy about feedback too
I only bought 2 things in Feb but never got feedback for either!

it's not laziness, in many case it's the conscious decision that buyers don't deserve feedback until they have left positive fb themselves
probably the same people who were using neg fb to retaliate against buyers who complained, and the very reason why ebay stopped neg fb for buyers
