They all seem to be raising prices following ofcom ruling to lower termination rates. All at the same time seems anti-competitive and a cartel.
  • Asda handsets i believe are not locked to the Asda network so while they are still cheaper i would suggest switching to Tesco Lite, GiffGaff, Ikea Family etc,

I wouldnt recommend Tesco. Far too big a company branching out into everything. Don't trust them.

Giffgaff have no call centres etc so can keep rates low & have vowed to continue doing so..Here's hoping!

Yet more GiffGaff spam - Yawn!

Well I agree with him they are one of the best value mobile providers out there at the moment.

Its getting very tedious reading it every 5 seconds though and people spamming the place with links just so they can earn referral points - I get the fact that GiffGaff offers a cheap PAYG service i dont need to be told 80 times a day.

and they are the only company to offer truly unlimited internet for £10 a month

Really? The GiffGaff forum is full of people complaining they have been barred for high data usage - Sounds unlimited until GiffGaff feel you have used too much which is clearly not unlimited!

If you have used way to much ie 20 gb plus, they send an email telling you to slow down, but people aren't cut off unless they tether which isn't allowed on giffgaff, and if you are using upwards of 20gb per month then you are probably going to be tethering

These people probably didnt read the terms and conditions. I dont think most people use 20GB a month on their mobile. I certainly wont be. Most people dont even use that at home on their PC.
