just tried to order and...
As ALL varities of Golden Grey are awaiting delivery at Zooplus, may I recommend aother one that I have tried and was as good as Golden Grey AND a bit cheaper:

Works out at 50 pence per kg, so about 1/3 cheaper than Golden Grey...
Smells a bit... sping like but not too much... Cats were ok with it. Worth a try if you started using Golden Grey but can not wait for new stock at Zooplus....0 -
I have tried Golden grey as a result of this thread, so far think it just beats Costco Litterpurfect. The odour control and clumping seems excellent.
I cant be the only one to try it after reading this thread. All these extra orders must have given Zooplus a bit of a surprise!

I know, that is why I can never get it now -shot myself in the foot

Biocat was one I have tried before Golden Grey, got a bit of a spring ermmm frangrance to it but not too strong, clumping well too and 1/3 cheaper so when Golden Grey is not available will be using Biocat.0 -
I tried to order Golden grey yesterday too! Ended up with Oko Plus which although it is a fabulous litter, my boy seems to end up with it all down his leg and it looks slimy!?! I think when he wees on it it turns into a gel and sticks to his fur:oThe trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0

i have been happy with costco litterpurfect
have been using it for 3 weeks i take out clumps every other day and have only emptied it out once , odour control is good to still have enough for another 2 litter trays worth so it should end up lasting me another 6 weeks or so
much cheaper than katsan i was using:eek:0 -

Catsan is dreadful stuff!!! I HATE throwing stuff away - will happily eat food well past sell by date as long as it seems edible etc. But i threw over half a bag of Catsan away, would never buy it again. The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0 -
also - all depends how many cats one has, are they indoor/outdoor and many other things0
