    Hmmm, not too sure....

You could try a phone call? I actually got my list of charges sent to me from a phonecall - I was cancelling a DD and I asked how to get the list of charges (expecting to be told to write) and the fella said' I can organise that for you' !

The number that seems popular is 01255 477032 but they may be other numbers too, I know there's an Openplan one that still works....

    Good luck!

Woolwich - received £3,845 refund of bank charges :)

Well my thinking at the moment is not to bother calling them, coz at the end of the day that's my phone bill being impacted on, not theirs.

I have most of the statements, so am thinking to work with what I have, and for the missing months to use an average of the other months.

    Any thoughts?

Well folks, the wait is over...

Received a letter from Barclays today (even though I wrote originally to the woolwich!) offering 75% of the amount I claimed  so I'm gonna go for it...

I'd like to thank Martin & all the people on the forum who have helped answer my questions & offered advice - couldn't have done it without you.:D

Good luck to all the claimers, it works - go do it!

Well...received TWO lots of statements from Woolwich this morning :)

Have waded through them, and have generated a list of the charges. Total is £2746.50, plus interest of £839.75, therefore grand total of £3586.25

So next step is to get the next letter off to them, wait and see what they offer I guess...

    Wish me luck ;)
