I sent off my initial letter to The Woolwich on 15/5. I heard nothing back from them. So I sent a follow-up letter on 24/6, sent recorded delivery, but have still heard nothing from them.
What are my options now?0 -
Nik_k,
Which address did you send the letters to? Mine went to the Jackson House address (I'm sure it's been in this thread a while back...).
Hope that helps!

That's about 75% of the total - that seems to be a figure they are offering without much of a fight. I know it's possible to go for the full amount and get it, but I suppose it's down to individual circumstances if you go for it or not.
Personally, I'd be inclined to accept 75% - as I've said before (I think!) on here, the amount of hassle & extra time to potentailly get another 25% doesn't seem worth it to me - plus we're expecting an addition to the family in October, so some cash would come in handy!
Let us know how long they keep you waiting for your money Cat, hope it's not too long for you!
