If you look at the Reclaim Help Thread, third post for the registered address for your bank, you'll find that Barclays and Woolwich are the same address which is the Churchill Place one, so you'll be okay using that address on MCOL.0

Hi everyone! Just a note to update on my claim! MH and I have separate accounts with WW/Barclays and so have sent our letters out together at each stage . We were due to claim on Tuesday on MCOL but gave them a few extra days as they had promised to reply to me by 12th April and I was therefore expecting two separate offers to arrive!
Two letters arrived - one to MH offering 2600 (He's claiming 3400 excl int) The other, to me, was the most hilarious letter :-
Firstly, It thanked me for being patient. Then it said that it was unable to deal with my "complaint" yet as it was awaiting details of my charges!! Hello!!! They have sent me the list already, I have sent them two copies of my spreadsheet detailing everything (one at each stage!)
If I were the cynical type, I would think that they are waiting to see how desparate we are, before they decide what measly amount they will offer me (im claiming 2700 excl int)!! However, I chose to assume it's just a case of left hand not knowing what right hand is up to!!!
So, desparate as we may well be, we made a decision to decline the offer to MH, and, yesterday I used both my left and right hand (at the same time!) to press the button and submit both our claims on MCOL including interest for a total of £7500!!
Feel like Im on the home run with this now. Will keep you all posted!!

Made a claim for £927 offered £555.35 however what I found was the difficulty in opening a new bank account just in case I made applications to 18 banks including ones in ulster only the Nationwide would let me open an account the same as I now have possible because I'm retired and the Abbey would only offer me a basic current account.0

Bank had 14 days to respond starting April 1st. Nothing heard so far. I'm sitting here waiting for the next 2 hours and 47 minutes ready to press that Judgement button.
Am I right in thinking I can do that at 1 min past midnight tonight or do I have to wait 'til tomorrow?
Thanks guys
Yours, poised, R.:beer:0 -
Hi all,
Just received my statements today looking at getting back £2800, sending my letter off tomorrow, lets see how long this takes.
They never took my cheque out and claimed they never received it to send me my statements, if this is happening to anyone just to let you know that they can debit the tenner out of your account and then inform head office, they did this for me, will let you all know in 14 days if i am any richer!!0 -

Fingers crossed for you Riggsy! I think I've read here somewhere that the site wont let you register Judgement until its time...so if it lets you do it I would assume all is well!! (No expert tho' ) Whilst on here....I have today recieved an offer on my account....2100. As i claimed on MCOL on Friday...I am going to refuse it and try to last the distance.
Good luck everyone!

Sent my first LBA on 3rd April.... recieved a letter today, stating '.... thank you very much for you letter dated 12th April.... blah blah blah'. Would love to meet whoever signed for the letter, they managed to go back in time to the 5th to sign for it!!!
It also states '.... we are commited to resolving your complaint by 11th May 07....' - dream on mister, the second LBA (out of courtesy) will be leaving my local PO when ur 1st 14 days runs out on Tues... If u still don't wanna play, then it's off to sourt we go 'We are all in the gutter, but some of us are looking at the stars' - Oscar Wilde0 -

total of £7500!!
The same thing happened to me on Friday. Got home to see a letter with a Woolwich logo on it and thought "first offer"... Imagine my surprise when it was exactly the same one as you have received....
So at 9am on Monday morning they will be getting a nice phone call to re advise them that my original letter stating how much I was claiming was giving them 14 days, and that those 14 days run out on Tuesday the 17th.. :rotfl:0
