I could resist no longer! despite having at least 150 cookbooks I have given in and sent off for a copy of the BeRo cookbook! Hate to feel left out!

My freezer is rammed at the minute. All this "freezing double portions" malarkey, but no-one told me you actually had to defrost & eat them as well
