I know most of this thread is quite old, but since it has risen to the surface again, I would say to anyone replacing their Bero book, Don't throw the old one out. The recipes change, and you may find you've ditched a well-used recipe and it isn't in the new book.
I am just about to make some coconut rock buns which are in earlier books but disappeared a while ago. In case anyone is interested the only difference is the dried fruit/peel is replaced by 3oz of desiccated coconut.1
