Good Lord... what a sad place this world is now. My mother was an infant teacher for 40 years, she began her teaching career during the war. She taught what were called 'Rising Five's', who were the little ones, just coming in to school for the first time - very few nurseries then. If a child was sad, or fell over she would pick them up, dust them down and give them a cuddle until the tears stopped.

Had she done that now she would have been vilified, arrested and charged with child abuse.

My point is that the police do ask when the job will be finished and then they know when someone is there who shouldn't be. Theres obviously been probles in the past or they wouldn't bother. Sadly, as the general public has become more aware the pervs have had to get cleverer and this is a known tactic for certain areas. By the way, the schools inform the police because they are aware of it aswell, so they work together

In regards to the facebook photos. Just becuase everyone you only have real friends who you know on your facebook page, doesn't mean they aren't pedophiles.

My parents are musicians and used to play at a local club every thursday night. I used to sit there until 11pm at night listening to the music and talking to someone who was a teacher. If we were to apply the theory that by only having friends on your facebook page to real life, and that you only ever have friends talk to your kids, this man can't be a peadophile! He knows my parents so he must be a perfectly good guy, hes also a teacher!

Wrong. Hes a pedo, he went to prison about 4 years ago for watching child !!!!!!.

I don't get why people trying to say that by only having people they know on facebook, they're safe. For all what you know, someone could be noting everything you say.
Last year someone I had known for years developed a sudden obsession with me, a perfectly normal person who I had turned down (nicely), didn't take no for an answer and when I refused to make contact with him, he started pestering my family. In the end he phoned the house, my parents ripped his balls off and he hasn't contacted me since.
But I'm still sitting here every day with it at the back of my mind, that someone who I was so close to and knew really well could turn out to be some weirdo, and as he is walking free he could easily target someone else for his next obsession, or he could one day decide that he doesn't want to give up on me and stalk me all over again.

A few months after he stopped stalking me, a friend who also knew him came out of the army and I met up with them. I told him about what had happened a week later I saw him again, he told me he had spoken to the guy, the guy had denied it but showed him the contents of one of his hard drives. It was full with pictures of me (without me knowing they were taken), recordings of convosations we had when we were together, logs of msn, skype, etc. Screenies of facebook, records of every meeting we had ever had etc.

Creepy as hell to know that someone managed to get all that information about me, without me knowing. I would never trust someone I know to be completely innocent and not a weirdo after that.

I'll also add that I have had to record children before who were causing vandalism to the houses i lived next door to which was emtpy.
I'm also a photographer, if I am out taking photos I do not wish to be questioned by everyone. I used to carry a student ID and photography pass with me, but now I'm a professional photographer people are more pushy. I'm not going to photograph your children, I really have no interest at all in photographing people. The only time I do so is at weddings. It is really irritating when people persume I must be a peadophile because my camera cost me £1000 for the body, nevermind the lenses and theirs only cost em £50 in an argos clearance.
