Wow back up there tiger, it is not bollacks it is scientifically proven and you like that:D slimming world soup is well known to weight loss and highly recommended as a 'diet' way of life for over weight people as well as insulin dependent diabetics, the soup never spikes up the numbers, it keeps them stable, is slow release, keeps you full, with less tendency to snack and happily chugs along to the next meal/insulin dosage without a problem, it is win,win plus it is super healthy and extremely good for you all the pulses and beans, veg and tomatoes etc.
no arguments on soup takes a long time to process and keeps you feeling full for longer, just that particular soup is a bit carby for my liking0 -

FS 3.6 lbs this week :T:T:T:T
dropped my carb intake to below 80g a day 2 weeks ago and i have lost 7 lbs in 2 weeks at this stage with only 24.6 lbs to go :eek:, just goes to show how carbs kibosh fat burning ...
15.4lbs till i have lost 50% and become half the man i was
oh and visceral fat is down another point to 150 -

0.5 lb loss for me this week Fred.
Just giving myself a good talking to - still have 19 hrs 10 min to do if I am to complete the challenge and only 11 days to do it.

well day 3 here for me sticking to
b/f bran flakes and fruit
lunch salad with chicken and fruit
tea ,whatever we we normally have with more protien and less carbs on the plate
if hungry fruit only
1 hr 40 mins on exercise ball with 2 tins of ambrosia creamed rice for arm exercise need to change those to beans i spend the whole time wanting to eat it lol
will add weight loss next wed as feel only 3 days in .
going to my sisters today and taking my salad and fruit with me .
