After Insanity in 2 weeks time, I'd like to try out Turbofire. It's a 90 day programme (Insanity is 60 days). Can't wait for my gym membership to expire then I'll cancel and never renew again :rotfl:
Has anyone tried Turbofire before I invest in it? Thanks.SECRET TO WINNING PRIZES:

Liked the idea of the above so downloaded the first podcast and tried it tonight.
I used a small school playing field and park a few minutes away and as it was so close I took the dog. Anyway after the five minutes of brisk walking I do the first 60 second run, 10 seconds from the end the dog, bless her, takes my legs out from under me and I hit the floor (luckily wet grass) but then my calf cramps up and it takes 5 minutes before it uncramps.
Anyhow I continue and finish it but now my calf is stiffening up and I will be lucky to walk tomorrow. who said exercise is good for you.
