Wow back up there tiger, it is not bollacks it is scientifically proven and you like that:D slimming world soup is well known to weight loss and highly recommended as a 'diet' way of life for over weight people as well as insulin dependent diabetics, the soup never spikes up the numbers, it keeps them stable, is slow release, keeps you full, with less tendency to snack and happily chugs along to the next meal/insulin dosage without a problem, it is win,win plus it is super healthy and extremely good for you all the pulses and beans, veg and tomatoes etc.0 -

I really need to get my head back in the game. This week I have eaten out at Pizza Express, I had a hot dog and fries at Ikea, I had home made battered fish with chips (TWICE), I had a homemade burger with homemade wedges and onion rings, I had a chip butty for my lunch yesterday... Kind of feels like I'm just not taking this that seriously. I was off work last week though, so I suppose I could make an excuse out of that.
The fact that I still lost weight this week is down to doing an hour on my exercise bike for 5 days, and not eating HUGE amounts - yes, it was all pretty unhealthy, but I didn't stuff my face. I guess that's an improvement?
Anyway, I really need to start doing this properly again, I'm just struggling to find the motivation. Not helped by the fact that my depression and anxiety is pretty bad at the moment, but I need to do this.
Hope everyone is getting on ok
Congrats! Wish I could eat that and still lose 2.4lbs per week!:rotfl:0 -
Jess444 - do you have dressing with your salad? What sorts of things would you put in a salad?
I have the basic lettuce, tom and cucumber and try to vary what I add to this. Today I had tuna, egg and olives, sometimes I will have a tin of mackeral and cottage cheese. I also love stilton, grapes and walnuts - yum. I try not to have dressing, but do sometimes add a few drops of balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
Fred - just 30 min for me today.0 -
Just 30 mins to add to todays exercise.
Really not looking forward to weighing in tomorrow, pretty sure it will be a gain. And the batteries in my wii board are running out so im hoping they will last til tomorrow morning so i can weigh in.
Got doctors in the morning so hopefully i can walk there and back, which will give me lots of exercise and save me money if i dont get the busPAD Maker0
