Hi lolly101 - Glad you have a stopwatch. I know it's not quite the same when you have been used to using the bike timer/cal counter. I've had experiences when my mileage during the month (outdoor bike) goes back to zero so have had to "console" myself by working out an average cycled based upon the previous month.
Yes I did wonder whether there were any other tasks around the home/garden that could also be done to complete your challenge.0 -

Yo Fred, today's workout :
Core Cardio & Balance - 37 minutes
Pilates - 1 hour
Crosstrainer - 30 mins
No zumba for the past 2 weeks. The instructor left and the gym have not sorted out a replacement. They're not telling us anything so the class was packed this morning waiting for the new instructor to arrive.SECRET TO WINNING PRIZES:

Hellooooo!
I'm coming back
I've joined WW again, online this time so I don't have to worry about dragging bored and unhappy children along to meetings and then worrying they're making too much noise! Only 3 days in, but I've tracked EVERYTHING and it's going well - only problem is I miss the company of the meetings...
So, helloHow is everyone and what challenges are you up to this month?

Don't know if I'll be able to workout today as been up since 3a.m. Toddler couldn't sleep. His molars are coming through. He's gone back to sleep now but I'm tired and anytime I try to workout when tired, my effort is rubbishSECRET TO WINNING PRIZES

I managed to get another couple of hours sleep in so went to the gym:
Fred,
45 mins - Body Tone exercise class
1 hour - Body Pump exercise class
I'd been doing the plank wrong all this time. The Bodypump instructor showed me the right technique today.SECRET TO WINNING PRIZES:

Just been for a bike ride and got back just in time as it has started to rain. Cant wait til weigh in on wednesday for weigh in. hoping for 3lbs to get to my first goal of a stone lost. I have told myself i am going to treat myself with every stone i lose, but not by eating so when i reach a stone i will be booking into the hairdressers and treating myself to a haircut, its getting way to long now and relly does need something doing to it.
Havent ate very well today though, had a banana for breakfast and 1 slice of wholemeal toast for lunch, so when i get home, i need to get a nice dinner to keep me full.PAD Maker0
