In the book she has suffered years of abuse and torment about her weight and other issues, she can pinpoint why she is obese; I can not. I might make another post about this later once I have my thoughts in order.
weight gain is a very complex issue, many things such as the subconscious, environment pressures, stress, sugar imbalance, deep seated psychological issues and even boredom affect it
however the big one and the one that's easiest to control is the affect insulin has on the body, high insulin levels lead to sugar craving, fat storage and worse of all the blocking of fat burning
its not really how much we eat that makes us fat, its more what we eat, when we eat it and the quality of it.0 -
1 hour aqua aerobics
1 hour walking
Haven't had a chance to do my weekly weigh in yet as my Wii remotes don't seem to be responding so going to get some batteries and probably weigh in tomorrow morning
Expecting a gain though as I haven't been the best I can be. Must try harder this week

Hi, just found this thread, what a great idea.
Despite running the marathon this year I have actually put on weight so for the last week been on the Rc fat flush which I have done before, I don't go to classes just read the books!
Anyway week one, 1200 calories a day and 5000 calorie burn result 4lb loss, at 5'7 I am now in healthy BMI, just at 11st4lb
Still a long way to go, but hopefully you guys can help me keep inspired!0 -

Eric, how do we find out whether insulin levels are high or otherwise? I'm not diabetic. And I don't crave sugar.Ær ic wisdom funde, ær wearð ic eald.

with difficulty
all you can really do is control what you eat to ensure your not eating quick release carbs
if your putting on weight odds are you are elevating your insulin levels0 -
